Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful stuff, whatever issue arose, they always had a solution, good breakfast , very comfortable beds and pillows. Snack bar on the 9th floor is an added bonus, good business lounge. Especially would like to say big thank you to the guys at the reception, they are so welcoming , so friendly, would go out of their way to help you. We loved this place, and this was our third time in this hotel.

Stuff is lovely, very good breakfast, nice wine in the room as a welcome gift and sweets in a tin, , coffee pods and water , spacious shower, comfortable beds, good cleaning service, business lounge on the top floor. Location just opposite Assuta hospital with a few places to eat and drink and shops 2-3 min walk, nice and green area with a parrots flying in a wild. If you keep an eye on the hotel prices, you can get a room for a good price

The hotel is clean, the staff were nice, and I appreciated the free upgrade and the complimentary bottle of wine. Unfortunately, the bottle was already opened when I received it, and the hotel refused to replace it.

Unfortunately, it was extremely noisy. The surrounding area is active around the clock, and I struggled to get deep, uninterrupted sleep

The manager ( Shay) and the reception team were very helpful and attentive! And they give us the opportunity to have a late check out, that we really appreciated! The location for us was perfect because we need to be close to Assuta Hospital. The breakfast was delicious , plenty and full of options!

1._ First of all we stayed at room 604 and the floor of the room was almost without a carpet just under the bed's area and the rest of the floor was uncomfortable to walk in! 2._ The first night we noticed that the bed undersheet was dirty. We told them and they came immediately to change all the bed sheets.

It Was close to Assuta Hospital which was what I needed. Also the room was clean & cozy.

I didn't like much the shower, it took time for the Hot water to come & from some reason it was hard to regulate the hot & warm water. also the stream was week. The room\ Hotel a bit hold, but it was clean & cozy.

Breakfast has a wide variety of dishes, the food is tasty and healthy. The business-center is very convenient for meeting guests, waiting for your room to be ready, and just relaxing.

In some rooms, the toilet is located directly in the bedroom without tightly closed doors and soundproofing. All sounds and smells spread throughout the room, which is very inconvenient.

Location very appropriate for commuting in and out of city centre and close to the airport if no traffic,based on time.breakfast with many options to meet everyone dietary requirements, staff a bit demotivated in their working environment.

Unfortunately we discovered that breakfast would have cost us another 90 NIS more for each of us. We thought breakfast was included in our booking. Instead bought coffee and muffins at Assuta coffee shops.

Smoking in adjoining rooms came through our vent.

Location of the hotel was great . Service was excellent. Clean rooms, great food, atmosphere was great too, comfortable mattresses. Fast service specially from “shy” the manager He was very friendly and pleasant . Thank you definitely appreciate and I’ll be there again soon 🙏
