As someone who is deeply involved in Travel and Tourism and as an individual who experienced many hotel properties , I allow myself to rate Prima hotel amongst one of the better hotels we stayed in. The location of the hotel, in spite of the fact that it’s a “suburban” style town is excellent, The hotel is adjacent to a bustling mall, steps close to the “light train” shortening the ride to center of Tel Aviv and beach for a few minutes. The rooms are accommodating, spacious , clean and very comfortable. From reception till check out the hotel facilities and staff responded all our expectations. The meals , breakfast, lunch / dinner were very good, with variety of tastes and high quality. The Israeli buffet breakfast got its full identification and the true justification, to say the least. The roof pool area is impressive, with a beautiful view and adds a very nice add-on to the anyway beautiful hotel.. the service of the staff was impacable, personal , professional and very attentive.

Genuinely cannot think of any negatives. This is a local gem.

Basically everything. Very convenient to the hospital complex across the street where I often attend early am lectures (so come night before) Excellent rooms spacious clean Nespresso coffee machines incredibly comfortable beds great showers fridge in room Very very friendly helpful staff from the top down. Manager to the waiters and housekeepers very friendly and helpful . Quite good breakfast. Nearby mall with elevator connecting to the hotel for the missus to wander around while I am in class. Parking in the mall. Excellent lounge on 18 alas currently closed due to the war here. Light rail to Tel Aviv across the street.

Nothing to dislike in our experience.

Despite that I'm Israel citizen, I have more experience to stay in foreign hotels. This hotel so surprised me with high level staff service and very friendly relation to the customers. All requests were serviced fast and with quality. This service isn't good it is rather excellent and so amazing. WiFi, breakfast and dinner were good and allow to work without leaving hotel and interrupt workday :)

I can't find anything that wasn't good.

Doron, the hotel manager at Prima Link attended to my allergy needs.Gluten free food was provided.The room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable.It was my husband's birthday month and we were treated to a surprise of a platter of exotic fruit..And the most delicious slab of cranberry dark chocolate.My husband's weakness😋. And a bottle of wine.We enjoyed the executive lounge and the food treats and drinks on the house, with really good jazz music.Thank you Prima Link.We will be back.

Apart from very good location and excellent value for money, the hotel is blessed with wonderful staff who really make you feel like family. Daniel Harush went over and above and solved a problem for us, speedily, and it was his free day! Also, Doron, the front desk manager who always does everything, to make sure we will get the room we want and take good care of his guests. I will be staying there again on my next visit to Israel.

Really can't think of any dislike.

We're do I start? Very friendly staff, very professional, and quick check in. We have also received complimentary breakfasts for our stay, which was really nice. The room is huge, offers all mod cons and with exceptional views on the tel aviv skyline. Very kleen and the shower was among the best I have experienced in a hotel. Breakfast - excellent. Business lounge - among the very best I have ever entered, even compared to the 5 stars plus hotels. The location of the hotel is very good, centrally located and just outside is a huge shopping mall where you can get just about anything you might need. I give it a 5 plus, and definitely, I will be back!

Really can't think of anything needed to improve

I came the night before my daughter’s wedding to prepare for her wedding day. The make-up artist, hairdresser and videographer were there. The hotel staff went above and beyond expectations. They seriously catered to our every whim. They were so accommodating from the bar chairs, large body mirror, extra table they provided for the hairdresser to bringing us milk. Thank you very much to a wonderful and amazing staff❤️

When I needed something, the staff was immediately available and super helpful - but otherwise I did not even notice them (positive) as they were not constantly in "my face" - excellent staff! The Hotel is great, super Business location - top Executive Lounge/Business Club - 10/10. Price - Performance Ratio is top as well.

Mattress was too hard and pillows not so comfortable - but probably my own mistake. The Hotel has a Pillow Menu (like a Room Menu, the have a Pillow Menu) which I did not use - but the pillows provided by standard, where not comfortable.
