It was so close to Sheba hospital,easy to travel from the hotel to the hospital the bus station was so close . The service in the hotel was perfect, all the workers were very kind and friendly.

Everything was perfect unless the cleaning, in our third day in the hotel we felt that our room not really cleaned because the table in front of the sofa was still dirty and the table on the balcony also the same they keep it dirty,they don’t change the towel or give us a new one . We don’t complain in the hotel because they was so kind to us and we clean the dirty tables without complaining, I am sending these comments just to improve the cleaning service, but in general I was very happy with my stay. Thank you.

Friendly staff. Special thanks to Oleg who helped us so much while traveling with a daughter in a wheelchair. He helped us to carry suitcases and to get a taxi and was very kind.

We ordered room service and asked for croissant with salmon. They brought a sweet almond croissant with sweet paste inside with salmon!! It was terrible. When we checked out with a wheelchair and suitcases we asked for help but they did not have anyone to help with suitcases or the wheelchair.

room was good with balcony. Facility is good as well. quite place for stay.

close to the Safari and there was a lot of good restaurants around, but you have to have a car. The suite was very clean and pretty big and we had two toilets and two showers which was very comfortable. We ask for towels and we receive them in less than two minutes.

the indoor pool was cold and it took us almost 20 minutes just to find it. There was no instructions and we felt by ourselves.

The staff I met was extremely friendly and helpful. I arrived deep in the night and the front desk was cheerful. I got an upgrade to an amazing room that made my stay even more pleasant. The breakfast is very good with lots of choice! Also a lot of space to sit, so you can avoid the annoying loud children!!! ☺ All though the day the wifi was good. That helped me a lot with my work!

the hotel is clean and comfortable with a very welcoming air. the staff at reception are amazing. Everyone spoke impeccable English. Every person we encountered was amazingly helpful. Wr came for a family wedding and my mom got very sick and was hospitalized at Sheba Medical Center. The location was perfect. I could walk when traffic was bad. And the hotel was such a welcome respite from the hospital at the end of the day. We will be back though hopefully under different circumstances when we can enjoy the fantastic gym, fitness classes and pool.

The hotel is beautiful. The concierge was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. The hotel was clean. The suite was lovely, we really enjoyed our stay. I received my stay as a birthday present and it was a wonderful weekend.

Getting to the swimming pool was confusing. You needed to go out of the hotel and walk along the outside of the hotel to get to the day guests entrance through the car park. The outdoor swimming pool was empty and we didn't think we were allowed in. The inside pool needed someone to let us in as we didn't have a chip, rather bracelets which didn't let us in. In addition, we didn't know that we needed a swimming hat to swim so neither of us was able to go swimming. Coming out of the pool area was much easier as it was just opposite the main entrance of the hotel.

The room was very spacious, as well as the balcony. everything was very comfortable. The value for the price ratio is great, and would definitely come stay there again soon.

There were 2 TVs in the room, both smart TVs. However, we didn't find a way to connect a phone or pc wirelessly. Otherwise, everything was great.
