i think the heating in room 2103 dos not work. my wife was cold and the heating maid noise but did not work at all.

Great breakfast! Friendly staff at the desk and at the floors but would've liked the staff at spa to tell my 16 a little more kindly that she can't enter the indoor pool. We were all ready to go in and understood from the desk that spa is for 18.plus but we didn't realize the pool as well. A bit frustrated that the online booking info didn't seem to mention the indoor pool is adults only since me and my two girls had planned to spend the first day in the pool there :( renovations made the lobby and entrance a bit 'less than beautidul' but rooms and bathrooms great (would've loved conditioner in the bathroom along with the bath gel and shampoo 😬) but beachfront pool area the next day gorgeous and the breakfast stunning and delicious.

Nice staff, clean room, amazing for chill in regular day in non season 🤗 Comfortable and clean rooms! Really cool 👍🏽 Free spa and discount on massage is also a nice bonus in non season time) On the other hand side of the street there is Benedict cafe with classic European breakfast 😋 Special thanks to the massage therapists team - it was unbelievable 🙏🏽 (we took tamak massage- kind of hard massage in the moment, but after all the muscles are relaxed totally)

The wet sauna and some spa staff is looks really used, but still a good place to take a rest with a discount, but not maybe in a full price.

I booked a two night stay at the Daniel hotel for a mini vacation, and it was superb! Every one of the staff, from the security guard to Ehran at breakfast, greeted me nicely. When I arrived at the hotel two hours earlier than check-in, I assumed I would leave my bag and come back later. To my delight, I was able to check in early, my room was ready, and I had been upgraded to the Shizen rooms with a balcony and view of the ocean! Osnat handled check-in and she was a sweetheart. Although getting to the room was a little dark and outdated, the room itself was wonderful. The bathroom was clean and the bed was big and comfortable. I spent hours sitting on the balcony looking at the view. I also had the pleasure of going to the Shizen spa. It was my first time at a spa and it was a great experience. Veronica was nice and explained everything to me. I used the fitness room, which was clean and well-equipped. The pool is perfect for laps, and the jacuzzi was fun too. I got a classic massage by Natalia, who did a phenomenal job, and left the spa feeling great. Because I was staying in the Shizen wing, I was able to go back and forth from my room to the spa quickly. On my last day, the weather was sunny, and I spent the morning reading my book by the gorgeous pool and view of the beach. I had an excellent time at the Daniel hotel and look forward to staying there again.

At one point there was an empty pizza box in the hallway on the floor, but that's because the guests were rude and didn't throw it out. It's not from the staff of the hotel.

It’s under renovation -we were not told in advance-and everything above our room was unfinished . There was a piece of semi detached construction material threateningly hanging over part of our balcony which was moving in the wind. We reported it to the staff but it was not tended to. There were also not enough working outlets in the room

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean

The soap is out of reach if you if you sit in the bath tub. We ordered a room with view. The room we received upon arrival was facing the Hotel tower, that looks dark, very shabby and leaves very little sea view. We asked to change the room. The hotel was not full, however it took a while until they were willing to transfer us to the same room on the open view side side.

The hotel was very clean with great views and a nice swimming pool. The facilities covered all the basics and more. The staff were helpful and friendly, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The shower cabin lacked curtains, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor and requiring extra towels. The room windows are a bit dirty. Additionally, the breakfast was overpriced.

We have been bowled over by the customer service at this beautifully located beachfront hotel. We took 6 rooms for a family celebration. The staff could not do too much to help us. They treated us like their most important guests. Any problem was immediately dealt with and they cheerfully accommodated our allergies, requests and changes. We honestly felt we experienced the most helpful customer service we have come across in Israel. Special thanks to Moshe, Maggie, Meital and Shoshi, Yoss on reception, Tomer on security and concierge. They made us feel welcome all week. The rooms are a good size and most with beautiful views of the beach. The food at breakfast has more than everything you might want. We also arranged a private Shabbat dinner for 40 people just before our daughters wedding. It exceeded all our expectations and was just perfect. Elan, the head chef, and Maggie on bookings went the extra mile to ensure that it should be an evening just as we wanted it. They made it easy for us and all our guests thought it a most special evening with great food. The Daniel has been a wonderful experience from beginning to end and I honestly can say that it is the best customer service we have experienced.

We had the most amazing time at the Daniel Hotel. The staff were wonderful and the manager was amazing! The room was very spacious and luxurious - very comfortable beds and wonderful sea view balcony. The hotel boasts a beautiful reception area and lounge, and the dining room was very comfortable with a fabulous sea view. The breakfast was fantastic - great variety, very tasty and very nicely presented. The luxurious outside pool was another highlight for us, including the sun beds overlooking the sea. It was great to be able to walk straight from the pool down the private stairs onto the beach! We only visited for one day (over our anniversary) but we had such a wonderful time that we returned refreshed both body and soul, and we would definitely love to come back again!

The breakfast was excellent. Staff were helpful and polite. The room was clean it had a great bathroom with bath and walk in shower. The room was kept clean and all the staff were helpful and charming..especially the front desk. Also the service was unexpectedly efficient.

The swimming pool and gardens needed some attention. The chairs were grubby and uncomfortable. The towels provided by the pool were not very nice. Would have been nice to have bathrobes in my room, considering it was a 'club' room.
