Location could not be beat. Right on the namal (port) and just off hayarkon (the main, beautiful Tel Aviv park). Staff make this hotel: Could not be kinder. When I got hit with a cold and asked for some more tissues (the bathrooms had one of those small packs), someone went to the pharmacy and bought me huge package of small Kleenex packs. When I asked how to make tea with the in-room coffee machine, someone brought me a plug-in kettle. When my one Israeli plug converter wasn't enough, someone brought me one to keep for my stay. Just a few short blocks from Super Baba (convenience market) and all manner of restaurants. In these times, I appreciate that my room was an actual mamad (safe room).

My room was tiny (they also have rooms with a terrace). I traveled alone; not sure I could have done it with another person. The fridge didn't get cold. I was told that yes, that's how they are, and anything I need to keep cold they would happily put in the staff fridge. They did, and it froze and was inedible.

It so nice decorated rooms and comfortable bed. Everything was clean and the atmosphere was nice. There is space to sit in the lobby and breakfast area all the time als well as outside infront of the hotel as well as the backyard side of the hotel. There are rooms with balcony's to see the beach if you want.

The wifi was slow in the upload and not everywhere was signal at all. For casual browsing no problem but if you have to upload big companies presentation its slow.

The staff, once again, were wonderful and breakfast excellent.

We inadvertently ordered a mamad room on the basis of price, not understanding that it is actually a much smaller room suitable for a single traveler than our normal now renamed "Classic" room. After a sleepless night the staff managed to reassign us to a "Classic" room which we had used many times before. We have almost always stayed in room 603, and we actually requested that, but our request was overridden by the "mamad" classification. You should make it quite clear that the "mamad" rooms are only suitable for single travelers, and in fact really only if they want the security of a room safer against missile attacks.

Staff incredibly friendly - in particular Tamar helpful and an asset to the hotel. Great Breakfast and happy hour. Complementary Taxi from the Airport.

The room was a little small. Some may prefer a pool BUT the hotel is very close to the beach

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was compact but comfortable - good sized comfy bed, nice bathroom with a good shower and all clean and tidy. It was a nice touch to have a Nespresso machine and complimentary soft drinks in the room, and a daily 'happy hour' for guests to join. The port and the beach are very close by and it's easy to walk or get the bus to central shopping areas. They also offered free cycle rental. Checkout was at 12pm and they were able to store bags for the rest of the day.

Nothing! It was a great, albeit short, stay!

- AMAZING SUPER DELICIOUS breakfast; - cosy place, nice atmosphere; - really close to the sea (~5 min walk); - nice people at the reception; - light room, 100% as described on the website (quite small, though, but matches the description); - close to the bus and train stops;; - 10 mins walk from a nice park; - a lot of nice cafes and shops nearby; - you can take a bike and / or beach bag.

It was not clear when was the breakfast time, which caused some misunderstandings. It would be nice to have the schedule somewhere in writing.

The Yam Hotel is great. Comfortable and clean rooms with a great balcony. Pleasant staff and a fresh, tasty breakfast. They go that extra mile with the fun Happy Hour (no extra charge), the Yam Hotel beach bag with water, sunscreen and hotel beach towels, when you go beaching, and their hotel air freshener to take with, when you leave. I loved the extra little things, it made our stay even more memorable. Thank you!

Would have loved pancakes for breakfast too, but I guess you can't have everything 😉🤣

Our stay in the hotel was amazing, the stuff was really kind all the time. They helped us with airport transfer. We received bottle water every day for free when going to the beach and also sun protection was provided for free. There was hot water with teas all the time in the lobby also for free. We loved that we could rent a bike also for free. Everything was really amazing and we recommend this hotel for sure.

We stayed at your hotel the first time from April 6/23 to April 9/23 then we traveled to Jerusalem for a few days. We loved your attention and service at your place that we decided to come back after Jerusalem so we stayed from April 12/2023 to April 15/2023. The location is perfect it is near the beach and the hotel provides bicycles and beach towels. We loved the breakfast every day. The service was great every one there very friendly. Thanks. the staff are great and the overall attention. the afternoon snacks are very good. the location - excellent. I will come again ... I am a member now :)

The only "minus" was the size of the room. there is no space around the bed in the basic room. upgrading the room would make it too expensive.
