I really enjoyed the four nights stay at A23 thanks to a lot of positive reasons. Every member of staff are always helpful and kind to every guest including us. The room was clean and well organized. Breakfast tasted very delicious for us with real Italian cappuccino made by Tahli. The location of the hotel was excellent as it was 5 minutes walk to sandy beach and very close to the street full of cafe and restaurant and several bus stops to anywhere in the city. I didn’t use the complementary bicycle but it may be one of good modes of transport around there. I did really choose a right place for us to stay in Tel Aviv. I can strongly recommend A23 for anyone who want to enjoy local life style in Tel Aviv. Thank you very much indeed, Tahli.

Not really

This is the fourth time I have stayed at A23. I travel frequently and rarely find a hotel that I have rated so highly. A23 has the feel of a small, elegant European hotel. The physical environment contributes to this, but, more importantly, Tali ( the manager from Rome) creates a warm , welcoming environment. Staying there is like coming home. The entire staff is helpful and friendly. (1) Cleanliness- The room and bathroom were spotless. The bedding was sparkling white. There are no nasty rugs or carpets on the floor. The manager is fastidious about having her staff clean every corner of the rooms. (2) Room comfort - I stay in the larger room, which is in the front of the hotel. If street activity bothers you, stay in a room in back. The room is stylish with large windows that can be opened. The city views are lovely from the higher floor. The room looks like the photos. (3) The facilities - Bikes are available. There is a pleasant sitting area in back with comfortable couches, plants, decorative lights and tables for work or eating. (4) Breakfast - Excellent. Choice of eggs, Italian cappuccino, warm rolls, variety of cheeses, salads and pastries. (5) Location - Bus stop next door, many small restaurants and markets nearby, beach is a 10 minute walk and it's located in a pleasant neighborhood.

Honestly, nothing.

Delightful stay at A23, the location is amazing but the service is superb, the room was clean and looked like the pictures, if you get the business room it also works as a mamad (if you close the external window when there is an alarm). I also tried the breakfast and it was great. The staff wants to make you feel good, really appreciate it. I travel very frequently to Tel Aviv and so far the best option, very good price/ service quality.

We had the cosiest stay,feeling at home from the very beginning and for the whole duration of our stay. We loved the friendly staff, the free happy hours, the possibility to get bikes to stroll along the seaside of Tel Aviv ,and the talkative coffees in the morning with beautiful Tali. The quality of the beauty products was exceptional and the staff was also very careful in not disturbing when they'd see us get back from parties after sunrise:) Super-highly recommended place!

The room was tiny for 2 people,but we knew it from the reservation.

Fantastic location, close to the beach and with delicious restaurants in the neighborhood. The hotel staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Overall, we had a very good stay at the A23 hotel which offered us all we needed.

While there isn't really much negative to say about the hotel - we felt a bit confused by the different design directions (furniture, colour, material, paintings, art) we were exposed to in the hotel. It was a bit too much and too contradicting for our taste, but again, design is very subjective.

everything in this place is perfect. but I’d like to emphasise the commitment of the staff. They are doing a great job, taking care of all your needs, behaving more than friendly…actually it’s kind of a family relationship, where you always want to return. I am very happy that I chose this place, I am very grateful for the treatment I got. I’d like to mention one thing I will never forget, that during the lunch break of the staff when they were having their meal, I was sitting next to their table and I’ve been offered a portion of that tasty Italian pasta. for this gesture I want to say THANKS. This is definitely a place to come back to. many thanks. hope to see you soon.

There is nothing

Perfect little hotel in the center of the city. Perfectly located in one end of the Dizzengoff Street, which is the most popular street in tel aviv, where all of the bars and restaurants are. The owner is an Italian lady, who is much fun and very welcoming, and helpful. All of the staff was very helpful, they not only introduced the whole hotel, but also we got great tips for the city tours. We used the bikes of the hotel, they are not the most modern ones but was okey for the whole day city biking trip. The rooms are very cosy, stylish, clean, we got a great view to the street, which gave a very urban vibe to the room. The breakfast was very diverse, we got a lot of different salads, could ask for different kind of eggs, great coffee, they have little pastry snack for free all day and coffee. We could leave our luggage on our last day after checkout, the also arranged a taxi for us to the airport. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay there, I would 100% recomend it!

The A23 Boutique hotel was great for our family of 4 (2 adults and 4 children). We had 2 rooms and it worked out perfectly. I was a little bit nervous that my kids who were going to experience their first time in Tel-Aviv at a hotel would not get the LARGE hotel experience with the Israeli breakfast but A23 delivered! The staff was so friendly and Ari and Tali were over the top nice! The location is great- right next to Dizengoff and not far from the beach. The rooms reminded me of a cute hotel in Italy. The shower was amazing and everything met my expectations and MORE! We would def. return!

The parking situation is kinda annoying but its Tel-Aviv (a lot like Manhattan- in NYC) so for a little tiny walk you get 24 hour parking for around $23.

It's a great location, but the road is being repaired nearby (although it's everywhere in Tel Aviv currently).

All you would expect from a Boutique Hotel. Very warm and friendly staff. Beautifully decorated rooms, nice patio with character. Great breakfast. And excellent location at the corner of Dizengoff and Arlozorov.

Nothing really to be honest. It was perfect.
