This hotel is not a 5 star hotel, but it is a great option if you don't want to spend the money for a 5 star hotel. Located on Dizengoff street in the heart of Tel Aviv, this hotel is a 7 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to Dizengoff square. There is a bakery and a supermarket next door and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff at the reception were very helpful and were a pleasure to interact with. They were also very concerned that our room was in a good shape and cleaned properly. The room was average size and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was compact, but modern and also spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. The bath towels were large which is not always common in hotels. There were two bottles of water and some chocolate put in the room for us. There is a small fridge and even an hot plate. Being on Dizengoff street, we thought noise might be a problem, but with the windows closed and the AC on, it was mostly quiet. There is also an elevator. Highly recommended.

This has been so far my second stay at this hotel, as soon as I decided to make a trip to Tel Aviv I had no doubt and immediately chose this hotel again! Upon arrival you receive a warm welcome from the hotel staff and a clear explanation of the check in + check out procedures. The room was very clean and was supplied well! The hotel is in a very central place and allows easy routing around the area, amazing bars in the area and a straight forward path to the beach.
Nothing negative in the stay has specifically stayed in my mind, everything was amazing. :)

People at the reception are very nice. I was given an upgraded room - with a balcony. The location can't be better - close to the center, the sea, all restaurants, a supermarket AM PM right outside. There are all small details included in the room - hangers, toiletry, water coffee, tea, sweets. It was quiet at night, which turned into a good surprise in the center of Tel Aviv. WiFi worked well. I needed it for a Zoom lecture, and I was pleased it was not interrupted.
The room was clean, but smelly - first, very strong chlorine smell in the bathroom (it disappeared by night), secondly - general small of fresh renovation and paint (I am very sensitive to that). The size of a room is very small, but this point was discussed with me over the phone before, and I agreed. Please keep in mind it is really small.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. It felt like a home away from home. The location is ideal, making it easy to get around. The simplicity of the hotel added to the overall ease and enjoyment of my stay. I spent a total of 7 nights here, and throughout my stay, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The girls at the front desk went above and beyond to assist me with both early and late check-ins, understanding my hectic flight schedule. Despite opting for a smaller room, it was impeccably clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my entire trip. The front desk staff were not only nice and welcoming but also a delight to interact with. I am already looking forward to returning in the near future and will definitely be recommending this hotel to all my acquaintances. It's truly a hidden gem!

i did not have the breakfast. i know the area and i enjoyed being in the area again. i enjoyed walking on the promenade as i did when i lived in tel aviv in the past. and i had easy access to the events i came to attend even on saturday. i was a bit concerned about noise from dizengoff street area but the hotel was very quiet.
2 bottles of water were provided when i arrived. i used them by day 2. they were not replenished during my stay. the coffee area in the lobby was nice since i drink a lot of english tea. on day 2 i noticed there was a water machine there.

A very cozy, clean, centrally located hotel, 8 min walk to the sea (if you stop to pet a cat on your way ;-). Very helpful and welcoming personnel. Free tea and cookies, a shared place to cook (but the kitchen is small). Happy hour with free wine every day was a very nice touch. All kinds of cafes and restaurants right outside the hotel on Dizengoff, a very vibrant street, but at the same time it wasn't noisy in the hotel itself. We stayed for two weeks and loved it there!
Just a little suggestion: would be nice to have more hooks in the rooms to hang staff.

A very nice place. Very quiet despite the busy street it is in. Very nice reception manager who was very helpful. I needed a room urgently, and the manager took good care of me and immediately poured me a cup of coffee. The checkout was fast, all instructions were clear. The room was small but this is normal for centrally located residential property. Everything was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. There were all necessary things for taking a shower, and also there was a small kettle and some tea and coffee available in the room. Definitely recommend the place.
The room was quite small but it's okay for a centrally located place. I only stayed one night, so maybe more particular customers will see some weaknesses. I didn't.

The Dizengoff Garden team was amazing, always available and helpful, especially when I had to face the unexpected cancellation of my flight. A massive thank you to Dimitri and each one of them. I recommend this hotel and I can't wait to visit again.

I spent two nights in an economy single room, and then moved to a premium double room for a week. I definitely recommend spending a bit extra for the premium room, it's worth it! Spacious, clean, nicely decorated, super comfortable, with all the amenities you could want. Excellent customer service, cute sitting area in the lobby with unlimited water/coffee/tea, and incredible central location. I would come back here in a heartbeat!
It would've been nice to have a pan or pot in the room since there was an electric burner, but definitely wasn't a big deal. There's also a shared kitchen that I was able to use. Overall I was very satisfied and highly recommend staying here.
