The room was comfortable, and the balcony with its awning was a wonderful bonus. The beds and bedding were clean, comfortable, and felt fresh and new. Nothing was skimped on. Shlomi was warm, welcoming, and attentive to our needs, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars—and with no tall buildings to block the view, we had everything we needed for a perfect stay.

Honestly, just a sea view, but that would have come at a price.

The position as it’s 5/10 minutes from the beach, lots restaurants in close proximity, the local supermarket was directly opposite the block of apartments and there are coffee shops, local fruit shops, patisserie etc etc only 5 minutes walk, on arrival we met the manager Shlomi who gave us the key for the apartment & offered to bring our cases up to our room & explain the air conditioning, how to use the TV, the safe and to advise us that the room would be cleaned every 3 days, all towels would be changed every 3 days however if you needed towels for the beach that wasn’t a problem, also there is a Nespresso machine in all apartments so for anybody staying here, bring your own pods!!!!!! the apartment was very quiet on the top floor with a lovely balcony the apartment is (yellow key) apartment 53, but ultimately the best thing about the apartment was the manager Shlomi, he was extremely warm & friendly, he couldn’t do enough for us & advised us on the various transport to be used to get you here & there and helped with an issue we had with a shopkeeper who we had a bit of an argument with as he gave us the wrong travel cards for travelling to Jerusalem, the guy wouldn’t refund our money however Shlomi organised a refund For us at the main train station, we even had an issue with the freezer part of the fridge & Shlomi organised a replacement straight away, overall a most wonderful holiday, absolutely fantastic location & apartment & of course amazing weather & food.

The Roof by Sea Land deserves EVERY star here !!! This hotel has it all…cozy rooms, friendly staff, and the wonderful atmosphere of a cozy boutique apartment hotel. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. The bed & pillows were outstanding! The toilet and shower are large and modern. Towels and sheets are top notch and very clean and abundant. But the pièce de résistance is the incredibly large and cozy rooftop terrace. We basically lived on this terrace during our stay. I won’t stay anywhere else in Tel Aviv now that I’ve discovered this place.

Fantastic place close to the beach in Tel Aviv! We stayed in the Penthouse Junior Suite and absolutely loved it, especially the enormous terrace overlooking the city and the amazing views it offered. The apartment was spotless, easy check-in and Shlomi our host was very welcoming and helpful. Thank you, again, Shlomi for providing a drying rack and helping us organize our trip to Acre. Easy - 10/10 - I would def stay there again, can only recommend!

The staff was very nice and polite. The room was spacious and the balcony was huge. There were all the basic utensils for the kitchen, and the bed was really comfortable. The free wifi worked well too. The suites are located two blocks from the beach.

The noise isolation between the rooms is not great, and you can hear other people in the neighboring rooms. There was some construction going on the front road so there was a lot of dust outside, and it was hard for the taxis to get there.

Nice bed, useful kitchenette with a Nespresso machine and pods, roomy bathroom, huge private terrace with views over Tel Aviv roofs. Walking distance to beaches and restaurants. The caretaker was most helpful and friendly.

We arrived by hire car and discovered that half the access road was being rebuilt which was somewhat problematic for access. It is of course not the managements fault but advanced warning of issues would have been helpful. Otherwise no issues with property or service.

Great appartman house very closed to the beaches. Nicest staff ever, fast sel check in. We were on the top floor where the terraces are actually bigger than the rooms... Towel change and nespresso refill upon request. Although we left TLV in the afternoon we got the opportunity to use a shower prior to leaving, much appreciated.

It is not a criticism at all but once there are such a great terraces maybe a couple plants would be great to have there.

The property was very well located and all the forniture were new and modern. The room was very clean and they made sure we had clean sheets and towels every three days. Shlomi, the host was very welcoming and available. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re going to Tel Aviv.

We had a great stay here as the location was great. Not far from the beach and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the flat was spacious and clean.

The balcony furniture needs cleaning or new covers.

The size of the apartment was perfect with a large balcony. Location to the beach was also perfect.

My only criticism was that the balcony was a bit dusty and the glass panels could do with a good clean however the was a new cycle lane being built outside on the street so the dust couldn’t really be helped.
