The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They upgraded our room to suite room which was really a nice gesture. The staff also helped us out when we had problem with a Yango driver and booked for us the taxi to airport instead. Rooms were cleaned everyday. The whole vibe was great.

I thought the online check-in was unnecessary and took a bit of our time to complete the process. They could have a systemized easy check in for guests without us downloading the app and checking in for ourselves. It's not a big issue tho. I'm sure they could do better.

The staff were really helpful with everything. Everytime greeting me with a smile, spoke really food English and showed what to do and how to get everywhere around. The LOCATION of the hotel is unmatched. Right on the beachfront and 2km away from everything. The port, the malls, and the Carmel market. If you stay in this hotel you HAVE to try the Bar-Hopping experience. So we'll organized and greatest guide ever in Ezekiel. This hotel is so organized that even has its own app that you do and can find ANYTHING via it. Coffee with a pastry of your choice in the morning for only 5€ was also nice.

The room even while being small(no need for bigger room for 2 ppl), yet that smell of humidity could never leave even with the AC on all day. The cleaning ladies threw away two of our paper bags with all our souvenirs in them (luckily the beautiful girls of the front desk helped us retrieve them intact). The food options for breakfast and lunch weren't that many and really plain.

I like the fact that management was readily accepted to management adjustments and suggestions. The management tried their best to make staying at Selina great. Kudos must be extended to the reception team for their professional work attitude. The house keeping staff work really hard.

I didn’t like the fact that strategies were not put in place to facilitate early check in knowing that most flights coming into Israel from Ethiopia are early morning.

Great location, tasty breakfasts and nice staff. The size of bed was good and each day room service. As for 3* it was is a really good hotel.

The cleanliness of the bathroom and its condition.

Very good hotel with a very favorable location where everything is close (the beach is only a two-minute walk away, the market is just outside the hotel, the bus station is nearby, etc.). The staff was very friendly and informative during the entire stay. The room was sufficient, with air conditioning, a refrigerator and a small kitchen, and the equipment was very organized. The staff took care to change the towels without the need of prior request. The Internet was fast and accessible in every area of ​​the hotel. Recommended for any foreigner visiting Tel Aviv.

A little bit warehouse turned into residence feeling. Could benefit from higher beds/mattresses to my taste.

The hotel looks great, a nice stylish decor. The rooms are decent size, the bed is comfy. The main feature of the hotel is probably its location, it's really easy to get to the promenade and most other centrally located places. The neighbourhood is lovely too, lots of cute cafes, restaurants and shops in the near vicinity.

The room was a bit too warm even when we stayed in March, no idea whether we would survive in summer. It was a bit noisy - can hear everything happening outside and there are a lot of cars which start beeping at 5am. The room was not the cleanest, but manageable.

Selina at Frishman Tel Aviv is the best at what they do. I have rebooked again and again due to how amazing this place is. The location is perfect, the staff are lovely, great facilities, and the quality of the rooms surpasses its competitors in Tel Aviv immensely. Overall it’s such a welcoming and lovely environment to be apart of and I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you all for making my time in Tel Aviv truly incredible.

The location is really nice, 100 meters to the beach promenade. The lobby & food are nice and delicious. Breakfast until 4pm and dinner until 10 pm. Polite staff, they tried to help all the time. Really good value for that location being next to 5 star hotels. Lots of supermarkets nearby and a few bars as well. Locked storage room is helpful when you arrive early in the morning and leave late in the evening as we did. Clean. Nice small terrace in front. You can buy day trips from the reception and the bus stops right outside.

The windows are small and you can hear the street noise. Especially if you have a room facing the street. Really tiny sink and desk quite inconvenient. Big TV but in our room it wasn't in front of the bed so we didn't use it. Couldn't turn it to face the bed so it's pretty much useless for a tired traveler.

Being situated one street away from the coastline was amazing! The room was never completely booked, so it wasn't crowded. The beds were pretty comfy (for bunk beds) and had little lock boxes near each bed to put small, valuble items which was great. A working bar fridge also. At one point there was complimentary coffee (but then it disappeared). Overall it was a great stay. For the price compared to others In the area, it was great!

Upon arrival I wasn't really shown around or explained how the place works (even after specifically asking). It really depended who was on the front desk. Some staff were accommodating. Some were a little cold. The rooms are quite small. So, unless you had your bags under the bed, it was just on the main floor area. Other option was a closet down the hall, which isn't practical. Also, if only one other person was coming into the room, they continued to put the person directly above me (instead of on the other bunk bed, which I found a bit odd. Spread the guests out if you can!)
