This is a perfect location for spending a week or two! The surrounding area has everything you need, grocery, dining, beach, easy access to tours and the major hotel strip. The little kitchen makes eating in easy and the apartment was below ground so very safe!

Friday night was a bit noisy with people partying next door. It was a weekend night.

We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, the room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. What truly made our stay exceptional was our host, Shlomi. He was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. His local tips and warm hospitality really made us feel at home. Highly recommend this place – we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Tel Aviv!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sea Land Suites in Tel Aviv! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from Frishman Beach and surrounded by great Israeli restaurants and cafes. The room itself was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. Shlomi and his staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request. I can't recommend Sea Land Suites highly enough and look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Tel Aviv!

I really can’t think of anything

Well laid out space that worked for a family with the lounge area having a sofa that converted into 2 single beds (great for the kids) and a dividing wall to the kitchen. Kitchen had enough for breakfast and simple meals. Comfy beds, plenty of towels. Nice to sit outside and eat. Great location. Helpful manager.

Would have been nice to empty bins/restock coffee during the 4 day stay.

The location is walking distance to everything you can possibly need or want...beach, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, bus transportation. Customer service is amazing!! They are very attentive and genuinely nice and ready to help you with accomodations, directions, suggestions with tours. My 77yr old aunt and 17yr old daughter were super happy as well with our stay here. I'm so glad we chose Sea Land Suites. I'm looking forward to coming back soon. I might even extend my stay. I cannot thank you enough Shlomi and Irene!

The staff was absolutely fantastic, going out of their way to accommodate our special requests, answering questions and offering help and flexibility. Location near the beach and close to cafes and supermarket. Delicious gluten free breakfast in a nearby cafe included in price.

Located at basement level, the terrace was a bit of disappointment, not a pleasant place to sit. The bathroom could use some extra care, but was pretty clean overall.

The location - very central and close to the sea. there are a lot of groceries, pharmacies, restaurants and even Pilates on Ben Yehuda st., where the hotel is located. The property itself is quite large for Tel-Aviv with a small private terrace and well-equipped kitchen. Many thanks to Shlomi, the manager, and his colleague! they where really very helpful during the whole stay

As the property based on a basement floor there are a lot of mosquitoes. The property looks older than on photos - as almost all property in Tel-Aviv in this price category

Great location, close to beach and dizengoff. Amazing breakfast in nearby café places.

since almost all rooms are underground (even with patio) they are slightly dark. In hot days you have to rely on AC, otherwise it is very humid and possibility of molds and undesired animals.

It’s a nice apartment, in excellent location, close to the most popular beaches of Tel Aviv! A grocery store and plenty of restaurants nearby. Safe area. Inside was clean and fine.

The only thing, which dragged down the score - is the clearness of the terrace. It was quite dusty with bird feathers ect. The grass is plactic, so it needs extra maintance as well. Would be a whole 9-10 if not this.

The hotel is amazingly located with nice cafes, supermarkets etc within 2-3 min walk The beach is also close by as well as bus stops - so it’s very convenient to get around. I was very impressed by how Shlomi and Irene take care of the guests and are always there for you - overall the staff is very friendly and helpful, so you feel like home. The rooms are spotless clean and some of them even have capsule coffee machines. Cannot recommend it more!
