This is a wonderful boutique hotel where we felt very welcomed by all the staff. The rooms were perfect - comfortable, clean and well kitted out to include a small fridge. We booked the Friday night meal which was great value for money with a very varied selection of foods. The dining room manager was tremendous. The outside patio seating overlooking the street is a lovely place to spend some leisure time or take a two minute walk down to the beach if you prefer. A small hotel with a big heart. Its location is perfect for walking to the beach, on a quiet side street and is impeccably clean. The staff is wonderful. Shout out to Gal at the front desk who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. This is an intimate boutique hotel, it’s not fancy but is very comfortable. The rooms are quiet, very surprising considering how noisy Tel Aviv can get. The breakfasts are very generous typical Israeli buffet style and the kitchen crew is kind and efficient. Ask for high floor and upgrade from basic room to deluxe with balcony to get the most from your stay.

Some rooms are not as updated or roomy as others. Pay for upgrade or ask for it.

Ideally situated, central Tel Aviv near the sea but quiet. Excellent spacious, airy studio rooms, comfy beds, wardrobe and drawers for clothes, fridge and safe, espresso machine, kettle, tea and coffee and cups and glasses, not paper cups, balcony with sea view. Very friendly staff and good breakfast buffet.

Just the bathroom was small and old and not matching the standard of the room. The de luxe studios have a modern bathroom. The cleaning was also not done regularly. Had to ask the cleaner to do our room after several days but the hotel was full for Passover

Thank you to all the staff at Pima City for a wonderful stay. This is such a well run hotel in one of the few quiet streets close to the beach. The facilities are excellent and my room (which was kindly upgraded on my arrival) was well appointed and modern. The room cleaning service was efficient and friendly. The breakfast was excellent as well with a wide selection of Israeli and continental foods. I throughly enjoyed my 9 day stay and will happily return in the future.

The position of this hotel is the best for the beaches ,bars ,restaurants . We loved the warm reception and easy checking the staff. Small rooms but very modern and tastefully done. New bathroom and very comfy beds. The Breakfast is amazing with so many choices from fresh cheeses , salads , humus , fruits , juices to hot dishes of shakshuka etc. The food and beverage manager Mr Sudani makes sure all your needs are taken care of . We would rate him and his breakfasts as the best. We will definitely return to this wonderful hotel with all its wonderfull staff.

the Prima City Hotel is great. Excellent location - 1 row back from the beach. Very clean. Staff are both helpful and friendly. The breakfast was tasty. I experienced only 1 siren while there and felt VERY safe. I met Israelis during that 10 minute siren. I highly recommend to stay here.

Hard to find something I didn't like... the elevators are very small. Can't think of anything else.

Excellent customer service approach of reception staff especially Danielle who by far went above and beyond to ensure our safety and total enjoyment of the services provided at the hotel and at the beach. The team spirit among the staff was inviting and welcoming. The location of the hotel is unequivocally perfect and the breakfast second to none. A huge thanks to Sudani for making us so comfortable at every point during breakfast time, he is truly a brilliant gentleman. Great lobby, restaurant food was fantastic. Location was also great for the beach, restaurants and not far from tour pick up spots. The room was practical and better than expected actually even with a tiny bathroom!

Very expensive for what it is, mind you we went during Pride Month, so that could have been the reason. Signage and info abour closure/bookings during Shabbat would have been useful also - we had planned our day to eat at the restaurant and it was fully booked/private booking. Possibly also having more than one person on reception - long wait at times.

staff was great, very helpful, changed our room to lower floor as per our request, didnt charge us extra for staying til nightfall (tho it was originally stipulated), garage under hotel, easily accessible, help came immediately when there was a problem re a.c.' great fridg (best we ever had), really cold, very many outlets, much appreciated box of chocolates.

bed lamp is connecte4d electrically to hall light so cant turnoff one without the other, movable shower head didnt work, food just good not more , would have like yoghurts for breakfast, fresh fruit that was ripe and not very hard

The staff were incredible. Helpful, knowledgable and reliable. The location was very convenient for exploring Tel Aviv and wasn't too noisy. I will definitely be coming back.

sometimes, the smell of cigarettes seeped into my room. I'm sure it was other guests who were there for the weekend.
