I reserved at the renaissance because they have an indoor pool. I was very upset when I found out that the pool was closed for renovation. I would have stayed at another hotel had I been notified.

Breakfast was very good. Right on the beachfront and proximity to anything in Tel Aviv was great. I got a free upgrade to another room on highest floor. Great views from the balcony. Very spacious room. Has indoor swimming pool and sauna, but I used the beach instead.

The parking wasn’t free and mostly you had to ask vale parking for extra charge. Other than parking everything else was great.

Good food, great service, and good location.

The bathroom did NOT have any place to hang a used hand towel or a used bath towel. The shower was dangerously slippery and there were no grab bars. There was no shower door so water from the shower got on the floor and created a sloppy and possibly dangerous condition.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It felt like nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast is fantastic (albeit pricey) so would always recommend trying to include as part of the booking process. Generally felt that this was a good choice of hotel for my visit

The hotels was one of the most flexible, accommodating and friendly hotels. nothing was impossible and the staff helped in every possible way, never experienced so much support and assistance in any other hotel. breakfast was great and if you had an early in the morning tour you can arrange a breakfast box delivered to the room at your preferred time, and it arrives on time. this was unbelievable value considering the support from the staff, the support comes from everyone in the hotel, not just the front desk

Room fridge was not stable and difficult to open

Good breakfast, staff very pleasant and professional. The location is great. The beach is just outside which includes an outdoor beach gym. Overall the people who work there seem to be really friendly, professional. Its one of the things that would draw me back to stay there.

Outside of building looks tired. In many areas the exterior render has come off or looks dirty. The inside aspects of the rooms also looked tired with many areas such as flooring, baths and toilets, needing replacing. There was no inside bar in the hotel room.

I liked the breakfast and the dinner, which were delicious. I liked the indoor swimming pool, which was great. I liked the comfortable room and the balcony.

I didn't like the noise from the restaurant outside the hotel, but we asked to change our room and were given a quiet room facing the other side and on a higher floor.

Room, as requested, was low floor with sea view and a small balcony. Elaborate breakfast in ocean front dining room. Very convenient to Tel Aviv waterfront. Hotel graciously responded to request for late check out. Indoor heated pool was great!

everything was fresh and healthy

the gym does not have a rack and is really small, but it has the dumbells. It's better to run outside by the beach. There's a lot of activity going on outside.

we loved the Renaissance hotel in Tel Aviv. In fact we stayed there for 2 nights and then went elsewhere in the country then decided to return to the Renaissance for a further 5 nights stay. Its in an unbeatable location right on Tel Aviv's main beaches. Rooms are great - good size - great views - floors seem to be at various different stage of overhaul with some floors being super new and others looking a bit dated. We loved floor 9. Great to have a small balcony and able to get fresh air which you don't often get in newer hotels where the windows don't open

The side of the hotel that faces Jaffa can be really noisy with the restaurant bar downstairs being very loud til 2am and then the traffic going down the main beach road starting early at like 6:30am. We moved to the other side of the building (which still had great views of the marina and ocean) but not the club or street noise. There was construction across the road but we found that if we were on floor 9 we could sleep with the door open and not be woken up in the morning
