The bed was perfect, and as my visit was a difficult one emotionally as I was travelling to visit the grave of a loved one (on his birthday) who had died. I melted into the bed each night. Breakfast as every time I have spent in the hotel was excellent.

While the view from my room was perfect, as I had requested a room facing Jaffa, the balcony was essentially non existent. I think at least there should be space on the top floor to be able to sit out on the balcony. As I was only staying 2 nights, it wasn't really a huge issue, but if I was staying for a week I would have had to request a room change.

We had a great time at this hotel overall. The place is beautifully designed, well-maintained, and offers a luxurious atmosphere that made our stay feel truly special. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the service was friendly and attentive, and the facilities throughout the hotel were excellent. The spa and dining options were especially impressive — everything felt thoughtfully curated for a relaxing experience.

One thing that didn’t meet expectations was the swimming pool. While it is covered, it is not heated, which makes it less suitable for children or families, especially during cooler seasons. It’s worth noting if a warm, family-friendly pool is important to you.

I really thought the location was great because you are right on the beach and have lovely little terraces. The location is convenient to everything in Tel Aviv and it is easy to get around even by foot to many interesting places.

I thought there was nothing to complain about. The price was very good compared to other hotels in the area.

I reserved at the renaissance because they have an indoor pool. I was very upset when I found out that the pool was closed for renovation. I would have stayed at another hotel had I been notified.

Right on the beach. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. Great location between all our tours. AMAZING breakfasts with dozens and dozens of choices in every category of food. Exceptional staff with every need anticipated and courteous respectful interactions at all times.

Would not change a thing!

Good food, great service, and good location.

The bathroom did NOT have any place to hang a used hand towel or a used bath towel. The shower was dangerously slippery and there were no grab bars. There was no shower door so water from the shower got on the floor and created a sloppy and possibly dangerous condition.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It felt like nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast is fantastic (albeit pricey) so would always recommend trying to include as part of the booking process. Generally felt that this was a good choice of hotel for my visit

Breakfast was very good. Right on the beachfront and proximity to anything in Tel Aviv was great. I got a free upgrade to another room on highest floor. Great views from the balcony. Very spacious room. Has indoor swimming pool and sauna, but I used the beach instead.

The parking wasn’t free and mostly you had to ask vale parking for extra charge. Other than parking everything else was great.

I liked the breakfast and the dinner, which were delicious. I liked the indoor swimming pool, which was great. I liked the comfortable room and the balcony.

I didn't like the noise from the restaurant outside the hotel, but we asked to change our room and were given a quiet room facing the other side and on a higher floor.

Good breakfast, staff very pleasant and professional. The location is great. The beach is just outside which includes an outdoor beach gym. Overall the people who work there seem to be really friendly, professional. Its one of the things that would draw me back to stay there.

Outside of building looks tired. In many areas the exterior render has come off or looks dirty. The inside aspects of the rooms also looked tired with many areas such as flooring, baths and toilets, needing replacing. There was no inside bar in the hotel room.
