From the moment I arrived at Herods Tel Aviv, I felt truly taken care of. The service was top-notch—professional, warm, and attentive to every detail. The location is perfect—right on the beachfront and close to all the great restaurants and nightlife Tel Aviv has to offer. The breakfast was a real highlight each morning, with a huge variety of fresh, high-quality food. Whether you’re looking to relax, explore, or work with a view, Herods is a fantastic choice. I had an amazing stay at Herods Hotel in Tel Aviv. The location is unbeatable—right on the beach with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The atmosphere of the hotel is elegant yet relaxed, perfect for both vacation and business stays. I especially loved the pool area and direct beach access—it really added to the resort vibe. Highly recommend Herods for anyone looking to enjoy Tel Aviv in comfort and style. The location is arguably the best you can find in the city, putting you right in the heart of all the action and within easy reach of Tel Aviv's vibrant attractions. As for the breakfast, it was a culinary delight—an extensive buffet with a wide variety of delicious, well-prepared dishes to suit all tastes. We are already looking forward to our return to Herods Tel Aviv. It’s a stellar example of how a hotel should be run, and we couldn’t recommend it highly enough for anyone looking to experience the best of Tel Aviv in style and comfort.

The staff are incredible. Nothing is too much. They aim to do everything to help & make your life better of more convenient. Shira, the guest relations manager is extraordinarily sensitive, helpful, patient & kind. Her goal is to make the guests happy & comfortable. The breakfasts are wonderful with great variety and very tasty. Custom made hot drinks inc excellent coffee are very welcome. Friday night dinner was also exceptional - with great variety & very delicious. Having stayed at Herods before, I wanted a change & tried some other hotels - none were as helpful, responsive and friendly in their replies to my requests (early check in, room upgrades, extra guests for breakfast, dinner booking...I can simply not imagine staying anywhere else now...Thank you Shira & all@Herods!

The hotel is slightly dated but this is minor compared to the wonderful staff & delicious food, and the brilliant location and breathtaking views!

It was very much home feeling. On the day of moving in, there was an air raid alarm. It was an unforgettable experience. We didn't know what to do. We just went out into the corridor and followed the people into the shelter. There was no panic or emotion. Then everyone went their separate ways.

A problem with ordering a taxi that accepts card payments arose out of the blue. The taxi ordered by the receptionist did not arrive even after 45 minutes of waiting. After that, we were able to get into a taxi that brought a new guest to the hotel

We liked the location. Once our issue was resolved, the staff were great. Shabbat dinner was great. The breakfast was amazing. The customer service manager, Daniel went all out to help us and provide the best service.

What we requested on our booking wasn’t what we got upon arrival, but it was resolved the next day. The pool hours were not to our liking. The pool closed too early. Not everyone spoke or understood English well.

Amazing location, great staff and beautiful rooms. Everyone was friendly and made it an easy and great stay. Staff helped quickly to fix and small issues and were very generous. Was given an upgrade on check in for no extra charge that was not required.

The hotel itself is a bit old. The rooms are nice and the view is amazing. Only criticism is it could use some renovations to refresh the main facilities.

The staff is amazing. They do what they can to meet your needs and make your stay enjoyable. Dorit, Yona and Danielle at check-in took care of me always with a smile. There were some glitches with the app entering the correct info and they quickly resolved the issues to my satisfaction. Concierge also went out of their way to help me with my numerous taxi needs, especially a young gentleman with long brown hair who said his name was Danielle also? The buffet is really good with a variety of choices. I plan to return and will be booking with them again. I had a balcony with a beautiful view of the beach and sea, easy access to the beach as well as easy access to different parts of tel aviv.

The internet connection at times

1. The gentleman at the reception was helpful and friendly. Noam (the person who helped us with the parking) is a happy person, was very enthusiastic and ready to help. 2. The balcony and the sea view from our room. 3. Complimentary bottles of water. 4. The bathroom was nice.

1. 2 single beds were put together and they keep separating. 2. We were put in an adjoining room (room 1622), the people in the next room were VERY NOISY. It felt like they were in our room having a party. 3. There was not a single creamer for coffee. 4. The internet kept breaking.

The room and bathroom were very clean. Great sea view, the bed was comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful.

The hotel is very old and could urgently use some maintenance work, there's a horrible sewage smell near the elevators, the desk and couch in the room all stained and 'had a life full of experiences'. Breakfast and dinner are extremely expensive. The espresso machine in the room didn't work at all. Bit silly, but, the toilet is really uncomfortable, hurt our butts and the legs kept getting numb. On the order it seems like there's a lot of rooms with a bathtub, which is not the actual case.. there's barely any..however the staff found us a room once we insisted that we specifically ordered a room with a tub.
