The location was perfect for our one night stay as we arrived from Jerusalem with a rental car and drop off was just a few streets away which very convenient (we didn’t know beforehand). Shalev greeted us warmly at reception and throughout the day answered my queries. We had limited time so he suggested a few ides for seeing TLV and marked on a city map. We were right near a supermarket and very close to beach where we walked and explored. We didn’t have time to bike ride but perfect area to do so. It’s a shame about the construction out front on road but no noise as they were not working the day we were there. Coffee and biscuits in reception. Room was roomy for 3 adults, clean with air conditioning that worked well considering heat. Lift up to room. Cleaning lady friendly and gave me extra towel for my hair. Shalev booked taxi for our early morning departure and driver was there on time with a smile.

Only thing was construction out on road is a little dusty and ugly but price, location and staff make up for it and how wonderful it will be in future when tram is actually there at doorstep of hotel.

Location. Few blocks from the beach and the main business strip. Desk clerk were real nice and very helpful. Overall a good deal based on the location.

There were these real small bugs all over the bathroom floor.

Location was good, they upgraded my room to two room apartment which was great as we have a baby with us.

The owners run the establishment; they are authentic, courteous, smart, pleasant and take pride in their hotel. They foster a friendly sense of community and are considerate of their guests needs and expectations. It's the kind of place travelers dream about and hope they'll find. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Tel Aviv Beach area.

Only that we could have had more time there to explore the neighborhood and enjoy the advantages we found there which we plan to do so in the future! Great shopping, food, Synagogues and of course Beach and night life.

- the location is good, about 7-8 minutes away from the beach on foot - the staff is very kind, always there to answer questions and to assist with whatever problems may arise - there is a waiting room where you can stay if you arrive earlier than your checkin time, and you can use the water cooler there to refill your water bottles - they also have free coffee and cookies at the reception, though we never tried those - next door there is a coffee shop with bagels, and a few minutes away a shakshuka restaurant, both a great option for breakfast or brunch

- although the hotel is located in a generally quiet location, there is construction going on all around the building. I acknowledge that this is outside of the hotel's control, nonetheless it contributed a great deal to us waking up early in the morning and being unable to sleep due to the large amount of noise. perhaps in a few months it will be better. other than this, I have nothing to complain about.

The hotel is just on the edge of the Mediterranean, and it can be reached in a few minutes' walk. The hotel doesn't provide breakfast, but there is a medium-sized lifestyle supermarket nearby. Because the room type I booked was gone, the hotel upgraded a room type for me for free. It is worth mentioning that when you leave, please ask the hotel to help you get the taxi to the airport, get it in place on time, and the cost is reasonable. The key is convenience. The guy at the front desk of the hotel is handsome and humorous. It is worth mentioning that there are supermarkets, fruit shops and bars nearby, as well as daily necessities, food and drinks..

It has nothing to do with the hotel. It happened that the street was being repaired in those days, and it was almost repaired when it left.

The room was surprisingly quite, although it's located in a very central area and close to the beach. downstairs in the lobby you can get coffee, tea and cookies for free :) the room has a good size for two people, large shower and nice bathroom, small kitchen area with a fridge, a microwave and kettle and a TV. There was no plate, bowls or anything but I'm sure we would have gotten everything if we would have asked. Accommodation was really good for that price category in tel aviv. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for one night. The staff was really cute, there's free coffee and cookies in the lobby. Location was great for us. The room had some amenities. Check in went really smooth, and overall it was a good experience.

The bathroom floor was a bit broken, and I felt like the room needed to get some renovations. The prices in TLV are really high, and this was one of the cheaper rooms we found for ~500₪ per night in a short notice. I feel like it's not the best vfm considering the condition of the room, but it's not too bad for the entire experience. Overall, for our needs, it was more than enough.

The location is excellent, very safe and posh, few footsteps away (around 200/300 meters) from the best beach, its 270 meters from the bus station of bus 445, which bring you straight from the airport. The place is extremely clean and well maintained. But the best about this hotel are the owners, in the time and era we are currently living at is rare to find decent people and this couple, they are GOOD people with big hearts, so friendly and helpful. There is cappuccino/latte/espresso, water and cookies for free 24/7, the luggage locker has a sofa to sit and rest before leaving for the airport..

Everything was perfect! I recommend this hotel to anyone..

Close to the beach, the center, the restaurants and bars and buses. The room was big enough. Furniture was okay, enough space for clothes. Bed was also comfortable. Bathroom was clean, no mold, hot water was working well. We didnt hear noises, only one day from the balcony where people were drinking. AC was working as well. Possible to self checking as we arrive after midnight. Friendly and helpful stuff. Overall the room could be nicer/modern, but it was okay with us. Plus there is an elavator.

I would appreciate at least some plates, utensils and dish soap, if there is a small kitchen. Sometimes there was music playing outside the hall during the day, which can be annoying.
