I had a room reserved at Dizengoff Avenue but due to overbooking was offered (a few days ahead of time) to take an upgraded room at Dizengoff Garden. Glad I agreed - The room, service, and staff were everything one wants in a hotel. Complementary water, chocolates, and even a complementary Valentine's Day cake - do so much to make a stay enjoyable. Room was quiet, bed comfortable, shower had good pressure. I would go back.

I would specify on the website what bathing items come with the room - a very minor thing, but helps one plan what to pack.

Location. Mostly shabbat friendly; provided key for hotel room door.

The hotel was located in central Tel Aviv amid leafy, beautiful streets with plenty of cafes and restaurants. It was a few minutes walk from the beach, markets and other attractions of the city. I was new to the city but it could not have been a better choice.

It was a short and comfy stay. Staff were very friendly and informative. Location is in the center of many unique stores, restaurants and bars and convenience stores. Overall, nice experience for a fair price. Would definitely choose again if I were to stay in this location.

Excellent location. There are many coffee shops, restaurants, pubs on the famous Dizengoff avenue. Very friendly hotel staff will always help you if you have any questions. I was very pleased with the round-the-clock availability of coffee and wine hour. The room is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including an electric kettle, tea, coffee, sugar. It was very nice to find a surprise in the form of a bag of sweets. Loved getting a towel before going to the beach

The only thing that puzzled me was that the bathroom was not sufficiently isolated from the rest of the room. This may require some extra organization on your part to keep some privacy =) I would add some kind of sliding door. Everything else was great.

The location is close to the beach and the main attractions. It is located in the city centre and close to restaurants and cafes. The hotel has a very good quality and a fair price. Rooms are comfortable and quite big. The staff is polite

The hotel is in a great area, a lot of shops, bars and restaurants around, beach is just 5 min walk. Very convenient near by stop for the airport bus as well. The staff was polite and friendly, Jana checked us in and she was amazing, such a lovely person.

Overall it was a good, small hotel, but in desperate need of some repairs. The wall/paint was peeling off, some little things as outlets, handles were dirty. We’ve noticed it was dirty in a lot of restaurants as well so maybe this is a typical thing. For the condition it was this hotel I think the price was a bit high, but Tel Aviv is not a cheap city.

The hotel has great location - many restaurants and bars around. Beach is just 8 min walk, they give you free beach towels that was very handy. The room was clean and big enough. I liked voucher for the breakfast and that I could use it till 15:00.

My room had a door that was closed but led to another hotel room. And isolation was very poor, I could clearly hear what my neighbors were talking about.

The location was fabulous. Ten minute walk to the beach. Close to many bakeries, restaurants and shops. Carmel Market 15 minute walk. Staff was nice. They helped us book a tour. They offered red wine nightly which was nice and had a espresso machine along w water dispenser in the lobby.

Room felt a bit boxed in. AC worked a bit too well.

The hotel could not have a more central location (Dizengoff and Gordon); everything you can wish for is either within walking distance (the beach, stores, museums) or easily reachable through public transportation (the airport, the train stations). The staff couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. The room I had had a fantastic balcony, plenty of space to store luggage and clothes and a kitchenette. There is a good coffee machine at the reception area, too.

The bathroom was tiny, but had everything I needed.
