Great location! The building was renovated about 3 years ago and in a really nice modern/art deco style. They have a pool on the roof and a bar that is open late with a Really nice and chill atmosphere in the heart of Tel Aviv. The breakfast is at their carde/restaurant and was very good. Decent selection of menu options and drinks.

The room was a bit small, we didn’t have a lot of space for our suitcases which was a challenge. But we made it work. There are a lot of bars in the areas near the hotel, but this is central Tel Aviv, so if you don’t like noise coming into the room, maybe pick a different hotel. But we didn’t mind too much.

Asked the hotel to book me a taxi to the airport which ended up being a fixed rate of 200. Halfway through the journey the driver requested cash and how it was (better for him) although I had some euro, I didn’t have enough cash to meet the 200 shekel fair. We agreed I would pay the remainder on card but then at the airport the driver started claiming his card reader was broken. All in all I would expect the hotel to use a more professional transport company and wish I would have just booked via Gett which would have been half the price.

There is nothing not to like.. firstly the best location in Tel Aviv, I chose a deluxe room and balcony overlooked the street full of atmosphere.. the room was small but super equipped and the most comfortable bed ever and beautiful powerful shower plus high quality toiletries.. The Mayer House had the most fabulous receptionists Linoy and Oleg and not forgetting Ilan the receptionist manager who went out of his way to make the guests feel at home and in any way he could above and beyond.. the rooftop pool and sun area was beautiful and pool heated to 29c so it’s a daily option for anyone.. the hotel being a boutique hotel has a certain flair about it and it didn’t stop with Cafe Mayer daily and nightly full of people enjoying their delicious food and service.. the lemon and pistachio cake was unreal!! Basically I chose to book here due to the excellent reviews and what a pleasure to be adding mine.. I will look forward to and will highly recommend Mayer House to anyone staying in Tel Aviv and looking for something extra special!

There is little to find that I didn’t like but I would like to have seen bigger rooms but standard in Tel Aviv and everything else certainly made up for it!!!

Room was well appointed with everything you need in it although quite small. Design was lovely. Did ask for more hangers which I never got but we managed. We got a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival and 2 free cocktail vouchers to use at the bar until 6pm which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant where you have breakfast, which is attached to the hotel was excellent. Choice and quality of the food was brilliant. You also get at 10% discount at other times if eating at the restaurant.

The pool area was very small and cramped and it felt quite claustrophobic. Didn’t enjoy sitting here. The pool is pretty small but fine as a quick dip to cool off. People put their towels on beds and chairs to reserve them which is frustrating and really ruins the whole experience of having this benefit of a pool. The housekeeping is a bit hit and miss with some things not being refilled and one day they forgot to put spare toilet paper.

Since it's in the middle of busy and bustling Dizengoff street I was expecting to put up with some night noise. Usually at this time of year I keep windows open. And yes if you keep window open, you would get some noise even on forth floor. However we closed the window/balcony and still felt ourselves comfortable and could sleep well with very gentle and unobtrusive climate control system. And also don't forget to take swimsuit, to enjoy rooftop pool and bar.

Great Stay, But Parking Is Pricey I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better.

The downside was the expensive parking fee at the hotel. If you’re driving, you might want to consider alternative parking options nearby.

The staff were helpful and very friendly. Very clean and in perfect position for everything. The breakfasts were great and the food generally was delicious. Rooms were small but adequate. Especially for a single traveller. I would imagine for 2 people the room would be quite small.

The pool area was very small and claustrophobic. Not many beds but very close together.

The hotel was fabulous especially the rooftop bar and pool. The breakfast also wonderful with coffee and fresh juice included. We were travelling around the country and had one trunk with us. The hotel arranged so that we could keep the trunk there while we were travelling and we picked it up later when we returned to Tel Aviv. The staff was very helpful with recommendations.

we were a group of four, one is on a wheelchair. we had the most amazing time. first we got quick and kind answers to all of our questions before we arrived. our welcoming was great, good vibes and a glass of wine. all the receptionists we saw we're great and very kind. the breakfast was great, the restaurant the hotel works with is great.

the swimming pool is small

The hotel is beautiful. I loved the decor. The pool area on the roof is really lovely. The best part of the hotel is the food! The cafe downstairs and the restaurant on the roof both served exceptionally amazing food! Very good cocktails too. The staff at the hotel and in the restaurants were really lovely and friendly.

The first room we were in, the classic was so small. I have never asked to move rooms before but we had to upgrade on this occasion. The second room we were in was an ok size. The rooms are very beautiful though!
