Probably the best experience I've had at any hotel in TLV! Team - absolutely AMAZING - so friendly, so helpful! and always with a smile :) Location - right in the heart of TLV! Facilities - of the highest quality and very comfortable with excellent room service and all the amenities you might need for a long or short-term stay. Sweets, marshmellows and gummy jars - just another added benefit scattered around the lobby to brighten up your day :) Breakfast - 'Cucu Cafe' just downstairs is excellent and the staff is absolutely exceptional! Thanks Cucu Team for everything - you are amazing! :)

The location is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the urban vibe. The café downstairs is fantastic—I had breakfast there a few times, and the coffee and food were absolutely divine. The entrance coffee and fresh cold water were a lifesaver in the Tel Aviv heat! The staff were kind, helpful, and welcoming. I’ve stayed in nearly every hotel in Tel Aviv, and Cucu will definitely be my go-to for future trips

The room is small, as expected with boutique hotels, but my only recommendation would be to provide a better solution for storing large suitcases.

We have been to the Cucu hotel for one week, lovely days… We could never imagine such a quality Of Space, amenities, perfect locations and Plus the staff! Lovely guys open to give any information may be needed. Special Thanks to Nico & Arie, They helped a lot! Cucu will be Always our hotel on our return to Tel Aviv.

The location is excellent, we reached everywhere by walking up to 15 minutes. Everything was very clean and comfortable. At the entrance there is a coffee machine and lots of gummies. When we checked into the room we also received a bottle of wine and chocolate which was very tasty and contributed to the atmosphere. The staff is really nice, understanding and tolerant. The breakfast was very tasty, I recommend going to the restaurant without a reservation at the hotel. All in all an excellent and unforgettable experience. Highly recommend

Minor improvement would be to put a few places to hang towels etc in the room

The breakfast was fantastic with a wide selection of options. The White staff was outstanding.

Three recommendations: Clean the floor in our room more effectively several times a week. We suggest changing the bedsheets every 10 days or so. Making sure the plastic lining in the shower is updated regularly and the fit is very tight so water does not spill out when you exit the shower.

Rooms are clean and modern, the breakfast in the nearby cafe is excellent and the staff and owners were super nice and you got this family vibe in the middle of the city. The location is amazing and I think it has great value for money. I usually book my stays in Tel Aviv with this hotel, I'm quite happy with them.

Some rooms are tiny, make sure you ask for a balcony room or try to upgrade to a bigger one.

There was an issue with the order, for some reason it appeared for only 1 guest when we did it for two, so we needed to add money, and it was not so pleasant, so the price is high for that hotel. The room was nice, but for more than 200 euros, they could add a coffee machine or something else. Also, the balcony wasn't very clean.

One of the best and friendliest hotels in TLV - Literally a "home away from home" centrally located on Dizengoff Square in the heart of TLV and I highly recommend to take the full package including the outstanding breakfast which is served by the amazing staff at the 'Cucu Cafe'!!

Great location. The rooms are really nice, spacious and clean. The staff was really nice and when we ran into a bit of a problem, a quick call to the manager by the receptionist and it was solved within minutes and we were more than satisfied. The breakfast is at a cafe right under the hotel, amazing staff at the cafe, amazing drinks and food and it's fun to experience the Tel-Avivian vibe ehile eating breakfast at a cafe instead of a regular hotel dining room. The rooms are exactly the same as in the pictures!
