a very centrally located room in tel aviv. has all the facilities you need. the room is very pretty, clean, well-designed, as is the bathroom. the host was very kind and let us keep the suitcase in the building after check in.

because it was winter, the shower water needed to be heated. the heating took a long time and even then, the hot water was enough for a short shower.

I had a great stay at the hotel! Everything was clean and comfortable. The manager stayed in touch with me throughout my visit, which was very helpful. During our stay, the towels were changed, and the service was excellent. The balcony had a lovely view of a beautiful park — it was a perfect place to relax. Highly recommend!

It's a small but really nice and clean room in a great location. The bed was really comfortable. Contact with personel was really smooth. The only thing - the light in a room is a bit annoying. I felt a lack of good quality lamp next to the bed. But it's not a big deal.

Great studio in a convenient and interesting area. The rooms are recently renovated and everything is new and coordinated. Lots of attention to detail such as a fridge and coffee maker in the room. I like the shared cooking facilities outside the room. We just heat prepared meals so it was perfect for us. The kitchen area is for convenience or for preparation of simple meals such as pasta. We ate on the table on the balcony which was ideal for us. The location is between 10-25 minutes to all the highlights in Tel Aviv. From the airport bus 445 which leaves on the hour every hour takes about 35 -40 minutes. Tel Aviv is an expensive city so the convenience of public transportation and the kitchen was a bonus for us. Excellent communication with hosts.

Felt homely, we had a room with a balcony which was nice, room clean & nicely decorated, good location, comfy bed, clean communal kitchen

There is a dog park outside of the building so the barking could bother some people, you can hear people talking in the kitchen as it was just outside of our room, the shower is lovely (rainfall one) but the cubicle isn't very well designed as the floor flooded every time

Everything was very good. I especially like little, but very sweet, balcony, with the view on the park and a bit street nearby. With it, I felt included in the life in the central area outside. I also got a fast answer on any question I had, not only about my room, but useful things outside - how to pay tickets in the bus, where are exchange offices, where I can buy Israeli sim card, what is open for Shabbat...

Hair dryer didn't work. I couldn't find TV program, as I couldn't start streamer. Still, it was not too important to me and I had impression that the host would solve these little problems easily if I asked him.

Nice location, close to the Dizengoff shopping center and just 10-15 min walk to the seafront. Clean and cozy room

The size of the room is not so big, but it can't be changed. So, there is nothing to change

The room is beautiful, well designed and decorated. It’s in a prime location for exploring the hip and trendy areas of Tel Aviv (all within walking distance). It’s across from a coffee shop, restaurant (with amazing home-cooked meals), a grocer, deli and bar. It’s next door to a dog park and in walking distance to the beach.

No complaints.

Great location close to everything. I had a small problem with one of the cabinet doors. They promptly repaired it and gave me a room upgrade for my last four nights.

the area is amazing (supermarket and the market is 2’ walk, beach is 10 min walk, bars/shops/malls.. best location). super nice owner, was checking on us and was very helpful. the room is new, comfortable beds, warm (we were in the winter), great small balcony facing the park. great value for money
