Great location. Walking distance from everything: the beach, the Shuk ha Carmel, the downtown. The apartment is very well equipped, in a good condition, nicely decorated. The host is super friendly, helpful, responsive. The main bedroom is the safe room the mamad. Because of the new windows the apartment is very quiet, in spite of the central location. Perfect location for a nice holiday.

The location of the apartment is great, close to the center and to the beach and there is a private parking place just across the apartment. Also, in the area you find many restaurants and supermarkets.

When we arrived there, there was sand on the sheets and we found some trash under one of the beds. We spoke to them and they reacted very promptly and sent someone to clean again the flat.

Location, location, location! The apartment is spacious (two bedrooms) and was clean. Excellent view of the sea from our 4th floor balcony. Coffee pads and salt (the important things in life) were available.

Not the landlords fault, but currently (June 2023) that part of Allenby street is the site of road construction/pipe renewal. Since we were on the 4th floor, we were not disturbed by the noise.

Great facility, fully equipped. Very helpful host, provided assistance. Arranged a shabbat transfer to the airport. The apartment on the fourth floor but there is an elevator, a big advantage, very clean.

It was a beautiful and comfortable property minutes from the beach and centrally located near shops, restaurants, cafes and the Carmel market. We felt really lucky to have found this place❤️.

I would just add something to hang clothes next to the entrance. The rest was very nice.

Construction in front of the building and the neighborhood all torn up. Instructions to access the apartment were good, but lockbox difficult to operate.

amazing location, good light, incredibly effective window blinds for people who like perfect darkness to sleep in—laundry machine is awesome—as long as you remember to turn the boiler on, the showers are hot

dishwasher didn’t work well and Wi-Fi was poor
