Very close to the beach and coffee shops and stores. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The hotel has modern very sophisticated design. Clean room with sea view and comfy bed. Breakfast was exceptional, gourmet level, served to the table, very generous.

Lovely room, very clean, probably the best shower we had in a hotel. The room had everything we needed. The mineral water was replenished every day. Very close to the sea and generally the location was superb. The staff were great, very accommodating - we could leave our suitcase safely before the check-in and our room was upgraded. The only problem we had was the noise outside the hotel, but it was outside their control and having the window closed reduced it a lot. After all it's Tel Aviv and it is noisy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, had no issues and the value was excellent. We would like to come back in the future. Thank you, guys!

We had a wonderful stay at Poly Hotel! The service was outstanding – Jessica, Omar, and Elias were so warm, kind, and welcoming, making us feel truly at home. The breakfast was rich and delicious, the room was spotless, smelled amazing, and the bed was super comfortable. We were celebrating our 3-year anniversary, and when we mentioned it to the hotel, they surprised us with a bottle of cava in the room – such a thoughtful and sweet touch! The location is perfect – close to the beach and to great restaurants, and we had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. It was already our second time here, and definitely not the last! And of course, we absolutely loved meeting Poly the cat – she made our stay even more special. Highly recommended!

There is some temporary construction in the area as the neighborhood is growing, so the view from the window wasn’t the best — but it’s only temporary, and we’re sure it will look even better soon! It didn’t affect our amazing stay at all, and we would love to come back again!

My wife and I recently stayed at Poli Urban by Afi Hotels for our anniversary weekend, and we had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful room. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We also enjoyed a delicious complimentary bottle of Cava in our room, which was a lovely touch. The hotel itself is in a great location, and we loved having dinner at the De Facto restaurant located in the same building. The food was amazing, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was also a highlight of our stay. There was a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Poli Urban and would highly recommend it to other couples looking for a romantic getaway in Tel Aviv.

We had a fantastic stay at Poli Urban, but finding parking in the area was a bit challenging. A partnership with a nearby parking garage, offering guests a discounted rate, would significantly enhance the overall experience for those arriving by car.

Love the location in Tel Aviv, near the beach boardwalk, centrally located close to everything. Very nice staff, happy to help with anything with a welcoming vibe.

Room on the smaller side, shower head either from the ceiling or hand-held. I would prefer a wall mount option at an angle. As with most hotels, not enough hooks in the bath for your stuff. Room pitch black at night, would appreciate some minimal light dot for the bathroom at night. Especially with the fixtures also being black (which is not the best choice for fixtures). Parking in the area is an issue, of course, and not even a minimal loading zone to stop for a minute. All in all, giving this place a solid 10, it's a great place that is managed well!.

The room was very clean and modern with really nice chic to it. The staff -Denis &Jessica were very nice and helpful , and the cold mimosa served as we checked in was a sweet gesture especially on a very hot day. We came for a nice girls getaway short weekend and it ended up to be a really great and surprising experience. The location 5 min from Tel Aviv promenade , 15~ min from Ha Carmel market , and the bars and restaurants on Nahalat binyamin was an add points to a very great stay. We will defiantly do that again .

A gem. So far, the Best hotel in Tel Aviv from my perspective - and I know many! Just 2 minutes walk from the beach, beautifully renovated, everything is good for your eyes, and the ambiance is just amazing! Extremely clean, great coffee, lively because of the restaurant downstairs. The bed was so comfortable, I highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect holiday, and especially to couples. Warm thanks to Omer, Karin, Shir, Jessica, Vita, Lynda and of course, EVERYONE in the hotel. See you all very soon!

This is an absolute gem of a hotel in a fantastic location. The hotel has been totally renovated and the room was lovely and beautifully designed. The location is less than 5 minutes walk from the beach and close to all the major attractions. The breakfast was also outstanding with a wonderful selection of starters and great main courses. The eggs Benedict and Shakshuka are highly recommended. But the best thing about our stay was the service. I don't remember having such attentive staff who really looked out for every need. I cannot recommend the hotel highly enough and will definitely stay again.

Just had the coolest stay at POLI URBAN Hotel in Tel Aviv and had to share the love! This place is brand spanking new but still manages to keep things chill and quiet, even though it's right in the heart of the action. First off, major props for the location. You're basically steps away from all the good stuff - Carmel Market for some epic food finds, Old Jaffa for a dose of history, and a ton of awesome restaurants and a supermarket for those late-night munchies runs. Talk about convenience! But what blew me away was how this place can be so close to everything and still feel like a peaceful oasis. Seriously, I could chill in my room without any city noise messing with my zen vibes. Speaking of rooms, they're legit. Spacious, comfy, and decked out in some seriously stylish decor. I felt like I was living the high life, for real. And let's not forget about the squad running the show here. The staff are like your new BFFs, always ready to hook you up with whatever you need and just generally making you feel like a VIP. Now, let's talk about breakfast. Oh man, Saturday breakfast at POLI URBAN Hotel is something else! Picture this: a tasty, diverse spread with salads served right to your table, and you can order hot dishes from the waiter, along with your choice of hot beverage. Assaf, our waiter, had the best recommendations. I went with his suggestion and kicked off the day with a cocktail before hitting the beach. It was the perfect start to an epic weekend! Long story short, if you're heading to Tel Aviv and want the perfect mix of location, style, and chill vibes, POLI URBAN Hotel is where it's at. Trust me, you won't regret it!

The hotel opened only a few months ago so the rooms and entire hotel are all in great condition. The staff is very attentive and friendly. As an English speaker, I had no troubles communicating. Victor in particular was a great help, arranging for a ride to the airport for me and offering great recommendations. The rooms are big and the bed was firm. The HVAC is responsive and the shower had strong hot water.

I didn't try the restaurant so I can't comment on the food. It was always crowded however with locals enjoying drinks and bar food.
