For a respite, great TV options w/netflix. Very comfy bed and extra pillows in the cabinet available though not dressed (no pillow cases). Great location with 5-minute walk to restaurants, beach, Dizengorf Squire is 7-8 minutes walk.

For the price I’d expected to find hand soap, bodywash, shampoo and conditioner-thank goodness I had all of my own though a bit frustrating to have to dig in ines suitcase to het hand soap. Some of the IKEA furniture needs to be updated ir replaced. Happy not to walk up stairs and enjoyed being in the ground level of hotel.

After reading negative reviews we were pleasantly surprised by how nice our room with balcony was. Lucky as due to some heavy rain we spent more time in the room than anticipated. Single, basement rooms would not be as appealing I guess. Receptionist ( not the owner ) was very helpful even lending us a corkscrew and two wine glasses. Location only 5 minute walk to the beach. Good value for money in Tel Aviv.

Tel Aviv is currently building a light railway ( tram ) system so many of the streets around the hotel are being dug up. Not a problem though as you can still get around easily.

I have stayed several times at this hotel. I booked a single room but the reception guy kindly upgraded me and gave me a lovely double room. In the past as well I occasionally got an upgrade. Location is very central, fridge in room. There is coffee and tea available at the main entrance. And a terrasse.

Everything was great. However, there's no breakfast or other food option. But there are grocery stores nearby. Still it would be good if there was a vending machine in the hotel for snacks and drinks in addition to the tea and coffee they provide.

I love love the location and access to transport and city. And beach and Jaffa. Excellent customer service and always aiming to please. Hot tea or coffee anytime of the day. Aircon to make room comfortable. Very clean linen and towels. We really couldn’t ask for more, we will definitely be back to Idelson Hotel when we are in Tel Aviv

We struggled with a strong fragrance downstairs, but our room we was quickly changed

Nice inexpensive hotel in the center of the city! Everything worked fine and was almost new and almost clean. The main thing was an ability to book without credit card and pay with cash.

Some weird slit above mirror in the bathroom, partially stuffed with paper towels, with a view of hotel entrance and nearby street. Could be useful for a spy or a vigilante? No fresh towels or any sight of room service during 6 day stay.

Air conditioning was exceptional. Room was clean. Very comfortable. Receptionist was very friendly.

Shabat means accessing the location for the first time on a Saturday evening is limited. I had no way of contacting the receptionist. This is their culture though, so expect it and accept it.

The room was clean. had space bathroom had toiletries bed was comfortable very good location. The staff let me leave a bag there as I traveled to Petra and Wadi Rum for two nights I got back late and my room was ready and clean two days later

I had no complaints about the accomodation

Location and price were very good. It was close to restaurants and supermarkets. The air conditioner worked really well for cooling the room down.

The bedding did not fit the bed. The bathroom air vent was clogged and caused me allergies. There is a huge cabinet in the room which we did not use, it is honestly taking up space.

The reception staff (a French-Israeli woman, whose name I forgot - I am sorry for that - and Moshe) were extremely friendly, customer oriented, efficient, and professional. Very good value for the money. Great location in the center of Tel Aviv near museums, the beach, restaurants, shopping, and public transportation.

The WIfi Internet could have been better in my room. It was better on the corridor.

The room was clean, the facilities were fine. Value for money was good. It was what I was looking for.

Just small things: Came in late, left early - didn't have any human interaction. Showerhead was leaking. There were small bottles of body wash but no shampoo.
