Communication was very good! They open up a WhatsApp group to give you all informations and are very reactive to any question you may have. The receptionist was very kind as well. Room was very large and had the basic equipment you may expect. Localisation is very good - very near the beach. Cannot find a better price for such a localisation.

The hotel and the street (as almost everywhere in Tel Aviv nowadays) have some noisy renovation work going on. Overall, this is an amazing value for the price, if you do not need much services and won't be much in the room during the day.

The location is excellent. very close to the sea promenade and very near the different buslines.Everything is realy walkable. The hotel had a nice lounge with a friendly manager.(and cold water).The room itself was very good.Comfortable bed.Fantastic shower, brilliant tv and wifi.Even the vieuw was great!Coffeshop 5 seconds away! We really had everything we needen for our (too schort) stay.

There was no handsoap and no drinking cups.So we brought them ourselves.Not really a problem.

We have stayed at this hotel several times, can tell you that the service is excellent, the reception staff always responds to every need and if possible they upgrade the reservation.

we like that place. Even the parking problems that exist in Tel Aviv, the hotel solved with an underground parking next to the hotel, park and the elevator from the parking goes straight to the hotel reception.

While my stay at Moon TLV was highly satisfying overall, there were a one minor dislike, there is no option for a breakfast served in this place. However, these were small inconveniences in an otherwise excellent experience.

Super good location, very friendly and gracious host.Literally a 2 minute walk from the beach and walking distance from supermarket and a variety of restaurants. Very clean , the family room was very spacious, easily accommodated 4 people. We'll surely be back again, really reccomend it.

The location is very good: close to the beach, with great atmosphere, lots of young people. Alon and Eyal's service was super fast and efficient.

The bed seemed small for a couple and there was no place to hang something in the room (coats, bags).

The room itself was mostly okay, although the building is a little scary. The room could use some extra cleaning (especially the AC) and they left a cup of tea there for a week (it was there when we arrived and they didn't take it later even though they came to clean the room. ). A little overpriced but I guess that's because of the city.

overall the place is very good, comfortable and great location, we enjoyed our staying here

it’s strange that there’s no soap provided, even the cheapest one. we asked a lady for the soap and she said they have only shampoo. also a window in the room was noticeably dirty

Fantastic location steps from the beach, and on vibrant Allenby street. Room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff was welcoming and accommodating. Cleaning staff was also very helpful.

Construction on the street immediately in front of the hotel. But this is a new train station being built. When it is finished, it will mean even better public transport literally in front of the hotel lobby.
