It was a great boutiquey-type hotel in a great location, extremely central, with kettles in each room and a fridge, coffee/tea, etc. I was given a few welcome drinks and chocolates, which was a lovely touch. The bed was extremely comfortable, with a good selection of pillows to choose from. Also, it is a more reasonably priced hotel for the location and what it offers. All staff were very helpful and lovely to deal with. For example, the kettle in my room had a leak. I called reception and, within minutes, a new kettle arrived, all nice and clean and the old one taken away. At breakfast, there was a really good mix and selection of food. There was also a selection of normal milk, soy, etc, which was great for me. I asked one of the staff members if there was any gluten free bread and he apologetically told me that they didn't have any. About ten minutes later, he suddenly appeared at my table with heated gluten free rolls, which he had 'magiced' out of thin air to make sure I had what I needed. That is going above and beyond and I was so impressed with this service! I found the staff all extremely friendly, helpful and wanting to please.

I had a balcony, which was great, but it was a little dirty and could have done with a sweep. It didn't overly bother me, but I thought I'd point it out.

The location is great, right on the beach. The staff was polite and helpful. The bed very comfortable and great shower.

Not all rooms have views, some face the inner courtyard like an aquarium atmosphere. And some have no windows at all from I’ve seen in there site. The first room I got had low ground half windows and smaller than published on site ,even though I’ve asked and paid for a deluxe room with city views. I returned to desk and got a better and bigger room with bigger windows and view. So be sure to pick the right kind of room for you.

Wonderful boutique hotel Recently renovated modern and spacious rooms. Excellent location, very close to beach, restaurants and supermarkets, lovely rooms, great breakfast included. Moti at the front desk was particularly helpful with anything and everything.

The room was serviced daily however items used were not replaced, ie in the bathroom. Not all staff at the front desk were knowledgeable about local transport. The pool is only open 10am-5pm despite longer daylight hours.

The hotel was renovated very nicely. Nice size room. Beautiful bathroom. The staff in the dining hall were excellent. They always had a smile and tried their best to please.

The hotel is hosting many evacuees from the north. They have taken over the hotel. It takes away from the vacation vibe. We paid more for a room with a window but it's a waste of money. The window in our room was tiny and not at eye level. The dining room is in the lobby. No sure why. It was so noisy because of the echo. It was cold in the evening while we were dining because the doors to the hotel were always open.

I had an amazing stay! The location couldn't be better – just a quick stroll across the street and you're right at the beach. It was so convenient to have the beautiful shoreline just steps away. The staff provided exceptional service throughout my stay, always friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing vacation. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the beach with ease and receive top-notch service!

Hotel was in a great location! Seaview room on 4th floor was worth the price! We watched the action on the beach and boardwalk. Walkable to Diezengoff St. Rooms were very clean and mattress was exceptionally comfortable! Staff were polite and professional! Pool was very small and shallow, however we enjoyed sitting around pool with beach facing view. I would definitely go back!

Pool was very small and shallow. Good for children.

The room was good, clean and nicely equipped, including a welcome gift, it was just a little smaller as expected from the pictures and the lower window was not in the description, nor shown on the pictures. Otherwise the breakfast was very good and the employees were very nice, helpful and flexible. The corridor carpet has to be exchanged, because it's very worn and looks bad.

Everything was amazing. Perfect location, beautiful hotel and rooms. Staff super welcoming. Nice breakfast.

Would spect a better breakfast for the price, but there were a lot of options to choose from. Parking was a bit chaotic, always full. We choose the hotel for the Pool but couldn’t use it. One day was extremely full and another there were no life ward, so it was closed.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Opera Herbert Samuel! We stayed for four days, received a room upgrade, and truly enjoyed the hotel and all that it had to offer. The highlights of our stay were the kind hotel staff, the amazing location, the amenities with a lovely infinity pool overlooking the beach, the breakfast with a wide selection of local delights and the beautiful hotel interior with super comfortable rooms. This upscale hotel is located in the best area of Tel Aviv, right at the beautiful sandy beach, and our room had a great view of the beach from our balcony - it felt like we were on the beach surrounded by the palm trees when lounging on our balcony. Jaffa Old Town and the Carmel market are but a short bike ride or nice walk away. The lovely beach promenade and bike path are right in front of the hotel, too. The hotel had bikes available for guests to use, and we biked along the beach promenade and to Jaffa on several occasions during our stay. All the staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful and professional, and especially Shy at the front desk stood out for his exceptional professionalism, cordiality and customer friendliness. We felt very welcome and well taken care of while staying there.

We liked everything about our stay at this hotel. The hotel staff did their best to help with any requests we had and we felt very welcome and taken care of while staying there.

Excellent location for the beach. Hotel had a small/boutique 'feel'. Staff were excellent - so very helpful. We had booked a hotel near-by but did not like it, so moved to this one immediately after having checked in/out of the other hotel. Herbert Samuel team were very understanding and were able to confirm the room, while we sat in the lobby. No fuss - just high quality service. Room was very clean - excellent. We booked a balcony room (room 444) which has a very large balcony - again, excellent. We are already planning a trip back to Israel and will certainly be staying here again.

We have no suggestions. Loved this hotel - so pleased that we stayed here.
