Adar and Laurent were extremely helpful and accommodating during our stay. Room was clean, linens replaced daily, toiletries and towels offered with a Mediterranean smile. Prime location in front of the Square and live music was amazing. Beach is 1 minute away, staff went above and beyond to make sure we were on time for shipping amd even paid for the taxi so, they made sure we wouldn't miss a family Sabbath dinner. The fact that there was no elevator was the only thing but we were vigorously welcomed with fresh water at all times. Always ready to book again, a healthy few flight of stairs nothing too problematic.which put me back in shape. When in Israël, prepare yourself in August for 30-35 deg. Celsius heat and working on your well needed cardio and then hit the Gazoz beach or La Mer (beach bar) or yummy street food (falafel or shawarma) until the wee hours of the night.. 🌌😁😋

The location was amazing, I really liked the man working the front desk in the evening - he was super friendly.. I had a single room with a twin bed, it was small but perfectly fine for my needs.

I didn't like how my bed was pressed up against like a vinyl curtain. It was the only thing that turned me off from my stay as it didn't look like it was cleaned between stays. And since it was a single twin bed, I almost had to be pretty much up next to it. Even an inch of space between the bed and the curtain, would have been fine

This is the best ever. Now I have 2 favorite hotels in Tel Aviv (been in more than 25) and this one is my favorite 1st place.. Both I'd place on top of my list. This is the best location and treatment and so beautiful and clean. Great French style all over lt. Very romantic and super high level. Comfort was bliss. I even got a beer as a welcome gift. Sam was an angel and made everything for my late arrival to be zero stress. I even upgraded my bed to a double bed (I booked a single bed by mistake) and all hassle free done in seconds. I can't stress enough how beautiful the spa and the place and the roof top view and all else. Simply no negatives in this beautiful gorgeous delicious stay and property. Thank you Sam! I will be back very soon and many times this is a dream place! !❤️♥️

The location is amazing and the staff is wow. Has a great spa facility with a Turkish Hamam and Massages. Rooms are very nice and historical. The staff is always available for requests also if they are out of this world 😉☺️.

During the week you have road work it's not connected to the Hotel but to the City Tel Aviv is getting reconstructed . Also the thing with two singles beds put together can complicate some things 😋

Room, I got even better room than I booked for the same price, Comfortable wit good bad, good matras, ketel for hot water, coffee machine and small fridge, Bathroom with all towels, bath cosmetics, some rooms have a jacuzzi as well. Unfortunately since the CONVID it not more breakfast serve at the hotel (coffee, thee, and you have option in another hotel just across the street.. Location are perfect. Just walking distance to all places es 50 meters to the beach, 30 meters to the promenade, 10 minutes walk to the Dizingoff centre, 7 minutes walk to famous Caramel Shuk Market, about 20 minutes walk to the Tel Aviv - Yafo. Very good connections with the public transport even from the Ben Gurion airport with the bus about 35 minutes and a very cheep price. Bus 445 going every hour. The location are priceless! Great staff makes you feel like a family. I stayed there for several times and always very happy.

A bit bathrooms renovations will be nice, they are not bed but it could be improve

Very friendly, responsive staff. The lady and the guy - both excellent! Perfect location right next to the main beaches. Bars, restaurants and some shops are very close. The room was clean (and so seemed the rest of the hotel), quite well equipped room, comfy beds.

Maybe some smell in the hallway and when entering the room. There is constant traffic around the hotel with cars honking at night too, but that's not hotels fault.

My stay was great and I will return to the hotel again. The location of the hotel is very central. During my stay I have faced some irregularity and the hotel gave me maximal support in a situation which was quite unusual to me.

Super close to the beach and walking distance to other attractions. There is also a small 24/7 store across the street and other supermarkets close by. I had a single room but to me it was a big room, compared to single rooms in london. The bed is very comfortable. The sun terrace is beautiful. The staff are super friendly and welcoming.

This is no fault of the hotel. There was some construction work happening outside which would go on until very late/early hours of the morning and was a bit noisy but with ear plugs I managed to sleep well. Again this was nothing to do with the hotel and more about the temporary construction within the area

This is a budget friendly hotel in a really good location. The rooms are not big or fancy but they are clean, cheap, and comfortable to sleep so it accomplishes the job. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They were a great benefit and a selling feature. Location is on the beach and near restaurants. Not a 5-star luxury resort but hitting above its weight for the price.

The rooms were small-ish but I wouldn't want to spend more money for anything bigger. They served the purpose and were good enough.
