Hotel is in a great location close to the beach. Communal areas are all very clean. Staff efficient and helpful especially the wonderful Hila. Trip was a belated 21st birthday gift for my daughter. Hila arranged a room upgrade plus some sweet treats for her. Our original room was spacious but furniture a little dated. The new room was very modern with a great view of beautiful Tel Aviv beach. If budget allows I would recommend an executive room. Breakfast both days was plentiful and varied. Dining room very clean and Staff attentive. Swimming pool and decking area very clean with an endless supply of towels and plenty of sunbeds. Hotel offers great value and is located in a central position. This is our third visit and we will stay again. Staff friendly and helpful with a special mention to Hila who went that extra mile to make our visit special

location is excellent and we where upgraded to a suite as a booking.com client. the staff is very welcoming and specially Hila from customer relation . the bed was very good, the room quiet and clean. breakfast was great with a lot of hot and cold choices. overall enjoyable stay.

Everything was outstanding; friendly, helpful staff, everything was clean and fresh. The hotel is within a very short walk to the beach, great restaurants and more. This was my second stay at the Metropolitan and if I’m in Tel Aviv again it will definitely be my first choice. Also, the breakfast buffet is amazing. There is a great variety of delicious food and it’s served beautifully. (I’m not being paid for this review. I just want to share my good experience).

I would have liked a bigger room.

Location. Friendly and extremely helpful staff. The room size was perfect for me and the extras water chocolates were great and unexpected.

I must admit I was not well was sick all night and a little cold. The heating didn’t work and no I did not ask reception for another blanket (my bad). Maybe an extra blanket in the room would have been good. It was also very noisy with workers both inside and outside building from 7 in the morning. Housekeeping had radio /phone on full blast as well.

hey people listen this is the best place ive been too in years best location a spit away from the american embassy and the nicest beach in the middle east the room was perfect' the lifeguard at the pool very friendly and ROna at the reception sould be promoted to Manager just saying you dont need anything more then a room in the magnificent hotel with the best breakfast ever thank you for hosting me promisie ill be back this is without a doubt the 3 mile boardwallk on the beach with the most beutiful people in the world are consintrated dont believe me try rollerblading at sunset on a sunday afternoon good luck

While hotel on side street is good location to beach and rest of city, the Immediate neighborhood around the corner on Ben Yehuda street going down hill, partly do to: 1) construction on light rail; 2) empty buildings; 3) not enough street lights so didn't feel safe at night; 4) too many motor bikes on side walk.

Good orthopedic mattress and actual feather pillows! The room was small but well arranged and quiet. The staff was helpful and gracious. They have a more European clientel and their behavior is to a European standard, rare in Israel. The Israel breakfast was well done. I had to go to the US Embassy and you can't even take a cell phone. I wasn't sure I'd be back to the hotel by 11AM check out so I did check out before I went to my appointment and the let me leave my suitcase and cell phone. They held my phone at the desk.

Well, the neighborhood is ok, I didn't feel unsafe but it's not a destination for dining so I opted to stay at the hotel for dinner. They only do a prix fixe buffet. It was standard Israeli food which was well prepared but not my favorite. They charge 200 Israel Shekels for this and that's a bit high, I think howver, since I can't walk long distances a cab to and from another place, and the average price of restaurants in Israel would have probably have cost me as much. I just would have had a better choice of cuisines.

I loved the staff they were so friendly and accommodating, the pool was great and the guests staying at the hotel were also very friendly. There was a big variety of food to pick from at breakfast that was delicious it really made my stay. The rooms were big and airy and the air conditioning was fantastic. Thank you guys 🙏

First of all, I just want to say thank you to the wonderful hotel team for making me feel so welcome! And a big thank you to everyone who helped me out with my personal situation. It was so lovely to have such great support and I'm really grateful. The location is really convenient – it was just a three-minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes to the center of Tel Aviv. Breakfast was delicious. I was in a room on my own which was really compact, but it was very comfortable. The bed was really comfortable too and I slept very well. The place is really clean! The cleaning was done daily and was absolutely perfect! I will definitely be back!
