This hotel boasts a highly advantageous location, situated on the second line from the coast with its gorgeous beach. You'll find an abundance of restaurants and bars just a stone's throw away. Being a smaller hotel, the walk to your room is quick and convenient. The service is superb and not at all intrusive; the staff are incredibly polite and always eager to assist. As a first-time visitor to Tel Aviv, my experience was fantastic, largely thanks to this hotel.

The hotel's interior design is very charming, though I personally found it a little naive in style. I was particularly puzzled by the portrait of Tony Montana hanging in the stairwell. My guess is it's meant to inspire visitors with ambition and courage.

Very clean room, good location near the beach, friendly staff, nice hotel, free cakes and free coffee are a nice touch. Receptionists are friendly and helpful, rooms on my floor were being cleaned later in the morning which was great as you weren’t woken up too early by the noise. Breakfast till half 10 was good. Really couldn’t fault it

Breakfast had limited options, very little room when it is busy, girl with dark hair serving breakfast came across rude and unhelpful, doesn’t even acknowledge you when you say morning despite her looking you straight in the eye

Decor was great! Location couldn’t be better unless it was on the actual beach and not a block away. Breakfast was ample and well priced. The staff were brilliant. Helpful and kind. Welcoming even before we arrived there. I had to call the hotel before arriving and they team helped arrange a taxi from the airport as well as a taxi when we left to the train station. They gave advice on where to eat and what was available in the area. Loved our stay there. Will def be going again.

Can't beat the location. Great value for the price. Clean all arround. Amaizing staff, specially Naza and Raghad. Recommend to stay here if you don't care for a view to the sea. It is just a 3 minute walk anyway.

On the back end of the hotel there is a weightlifting gym on first floor. Mornings and evenings you can hear the clunking noices through the floor. But is not all the time and is not that terrible. You will be out at the beach when this happens.

Perfect location, very nice and helpful staff. Truly clean, nice and comfortable room (beds, sheets and all). Spaceous and sparcling clean bathroom.

Lack of light. The window was towards another nearby building, I could hardly see the sky and it was quiet dark. Moreover, I had to keep the curtains drawn all the time in the evening (if not, anyone could look into my room). I had a slightly lower price on the room, it is possible that that was the reason. And that this applies to the rooms on level 1 (it's just my guess). That's a pitty, because I would have prefered to pay more and see the wonderful sky and light of this city. So, pay atention when you book to ask for a room that is not dark.

Unfortunately, windows for this whole building complex are not well designed, leaking street noise, which can interrupt sleep, and earplugs might be needed for sensitive people.

The building of the hotel doesn’t look like hotel so the first impression was spoiled by that and by the construction that was infront of the hotel Room is good with comfy bed . Breakfast is full with variety of choices Also during the day you will find fruits, cookies and even wine at the hall . Yes and coffee and tea, if you like It’s 2 minutes to the Bugashov beach , which is my favourite one . So overall, If you use the earplugs , as it really noisy - it will be great experience

Noise outside

The staff was exceptional. Accommodating, helpful, friendly. Our flight was cancelled but they assisted us through extending our booking and getting all of our documents printed and were just supportive. Helped us to relax which was extremely important. Great location. Comfortable rooms.

Breakfast was fairly basic and at night the construction across the road kept us awake.

Great location, walking distance to a huge number of attractions. Super close to the beach and the boardwalk. The room was large and we even got bumped up. Overall very nice stay and a satisfying weekend for a decent price. Would return :)

Some noise from the street - nothing too crazy. Parking is a bit hard but there are some lots nearby. Pro tip: If you have a "Mafteah Discount", use the Opera house parking lot - as of now, it's free.

Very nice, helpful staff. The room was ok, considering prices in Tel Aviv, this is good value apparently. They have a shower room available if you need it after you check-out - this was great for us as we had an excursion on our last day in Tel Aviv and we had a 14 hours flight back to LA- the shower was more than welcome! They offer tea/coffee, cold water and snacks and have a café/breakfast room with table which I found practical to have a zoom meeting :-)

The lighting is very bright, there are no bedside lamps - this change alone would greatly improve the room. There was carpet in the room and in the corridor, it was not super clean and the carpet was rather dirty in the common areas. Carpet should be a no-no! The desk and bedside table had glass tops, it was quite dirty between the glass and the furniture tops. I may sound picky with the last comment, but honestly cleanliness should be #1 priority of all hotels.
