It is always exceptionally clean, modern upgrades. Staff is always so friendly. The facilities are good. The rooms are modern, bathrooms are modern. I will always stay at the Orchid Tel Aviv when I’m in Tel Aviv, nowhere else!! The breakfasts are delicious and such variety, and beautifully displayed. The attention to detail in the dining room is good too!! The management is very attentive to our needs, too. The views are exceptional and a stone’s throw away from the beach.

The bed was super comfy. We got a free upgrade to a sea view room as well as got a box of chocolates for my boyfriends birthday. Thank you so much Orchid for that!!! Really made the trip. Location was fantastic, walk away from the beach, right next to the bus stops for easy access, McDonalds and bars around the hotel. Was lovely!!

Olga, receptionist, didn’t explain properly at the end of our stay regarding the deposit. She made it very confusing to understand. She made it seem like we needed to pay more at the end of the stay however we already paid the full money plus deposit in the beginning. Meanwhile she just needed a signature and the remaining deposit will be sent back. Still awaiting the deposit to go back into my account..

We were pleased with everything the hotel had to offer. Also loved the location. Our room had a spectacular view of the beach.

I make a point of treating people with utmost respect no matter who they are and what they do for a living. Unfortunately the afternoon receptionist on May 18th was rude and dismissive, not even eye contact, when I politely asked him to assist with our GETT app.

We had a very nice stay in this hotel. The breakfast was very, very nice, with many options. Really close to the beach (right in front of it) and the gym is fantastic. Nice location Friendly staff. I recommend the stay.

The parking lot is a bit messy, and the room was a little bit smaller than we thought. The door to our room was a little broken.

we had to come down 4 times to reception because the room card kept locking us out and they couldn't fix it. Bed was not comfortable as it seems worn out on the sides, and you can feel the bed springs.

Room was great and breakfast was very good. LOCATION is the best.

THE TOWELS are not great,too small and not luxury towels as one one would expect of this kind of hotel. The pool towel are also so bad ,too small and thin. The PILLOWS are not all great had to request better ones.

The location is great , we had the luxe room with balcony and panoramic view , the service was excellent , very helpful and generous stuff . We were welcomed with nice refreshments in the room : soft drinks, wine . Coffee machine and tasty coffee . Small but cozy outdoor swimming pool , the elevators were always fast to arrive

The hotel in general need a bit of renovations and modernization.

This hotel is for people who need a good rest. It's located close to the beach, near are places where you can eat/drink, though there is also room service if you wish. Hotel manager offered to me a free room service one day (drinks and something sweet), it was very unexpected and nice. Shortly before my departure I had a small problem with room equipment, the staff accepted my complaints and order for me a free taxi to railway station. It was very good solution for both sides and showed that the staff cares about the hotel reputation.

I notified staff regarding a small issue in my room (blinking light in bathroom), however it was not fixed. I also think that there could be a booklet/free map of TA, together with recommended places to visit/eat.

The location is very good. Breakfast is excellent. The staff are very kind. Nice to have pool with towels. Everything was comfortable just a little overcrowded. It was a holiday weekend.

Fantastic location ,clean and comfortable bedroom with everything you need . They kindly gave me a bottle of wine , some biscuits and soft drinks which was very unexpected . Water was placed in the room every day .Nice pool which is only small but a lovely outlook . On arrival the gentleman was friendly and saw I was a little scared of lifts so he came with me to show me to my room which they don’t usually do there .

The housekeeping service wasn’t always so great . They didn’t do very much sometimes .
