We upgraded to the king size business room (the largest) and it was spacious with a large balcony onto Allenby street. The bathroom was modern, clean with complimentary toiletries and a powerful and hot shower. The "kitchen area" was great with microwave, coffee machine and kettle - this was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. There was a roof terrace with complimentary danish pastries, cereal, snacks, bread and occasionally cheese and wine. This was a real bonus. The room was warm and comfortable - we were there for a week at the end of December so this was essential. The staff were very friendly and kept us supplied with complimentary coffee pods and bottled water. There is a bar/cafe next to the hotel and the reception for the hotel is in this cafe. You get 10% off in the cafe if you are a resident at the hotel. The decor of the hotel is very boutique - with art work lining the hall and stairway as well as in the room. There are numerous bars, cafes and bakeries within a 2 minute walk and the Carmel market is literally less than 5 minutes from here as are the popular Shenkin and King George Streets. The beach and seafront is 5-10 minutes walk at most. There are many bus stops close by giving easy connectivity to the rest of Tel Aviv and Israel. It really is very well placed

There wasn't much to not like. This larger room faced on to Allenby street and opposite a karaoke bar which was still going strong at 01:00. The smaller room faces onto the back which is quieter and possibly has a sunnier balcony, although "more sun" is not an issue in summer!

Assemblage is truly a gem. The staff are gracious and accommodating. The spacious rooftop patio is like an extra room for everyone-- with comfortable places to lounge, chairs, tables, flora, and a 360 degree vista. There's a lovely kitchen off the patio with a well-stocked fridge, drinks, fruit, pastries, coffee, cheeses, and lots of extra kitchenware-- knives, cutting boards, spices, etc. so you can prep something you might buy at the market. The location could not be more perfect-- so close to the beach yet not a "beach hotel"; Carmel Market, Rothschild, King George streets all close, and many quiet oases and small parks nearby. I stayed in a smaller room that was very comfortable and felt larger than it was because of its thoughtful layout with lots of surface and places to put things. Just perfect!

The hotel is located in a renovated historical building that was built in 1929. The renovation kept many original features with an authentic theme mixed with contemporary Israeli art. There’s a small art gallery and a cafe that belong to the hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was nice and felt roomy thanks to the high ceiling. Bed was very comfortable and shower was big and suited well for a tall person.

The view from the window was not great. For a good view go to the rooftop. Roadworks were going on in the street but there was no noise during day or night.

Clean, Comfy, Good location that is close to everything. Staff is really really nice and accommodating, we were offered free wine and cheeses and in the morning they have some baked goods. Coffee and tea was really good and refreshed each cleanup. The ceiling fan was a great touch to the room.

Light switches located at strange locations, as the electrical sockets, but we managed to get around it. The balcony was small for no reason because it is the roof of the floor downstairs. The fridge was a bit noisy. Area under constructions so not the best sight from the window. The online checkin was confusing and not relevant if you book thru booking, nice thing to point out in bold and maybe not send it to guests from booking.

Loved the preserved historical building! The hosts were fabulous, really welcoming, helpful and hospitable. The room was small but tastefully decorated. Bed was really comfy and the large screen tv on an adjustable arm was a nice touch. Location was amazing, and when the pedestrian walkway on Allenby will be completed it will be all the more prime!

It was a bit noisy from the fellow guests in the hallway, and the curtains don’t fully cover the windows for blackout sleeping conditions. There factors were not make or break for us, and we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the listing to others!

The hotel staff are charming and know exactly how to answer to my expectation. The check-in can be done before your arrival which is extremely practical if you have to arrive beyond the reception hour as I have done. In this situation,at your arrival, you will be informed exactly how to get your key so that you can prepare your journey without any stress. The place is perfectly situated in the center of Tel Aviv and near every main touristic sites and next to the beach. I really recommend to choose this hotel in order to fully enjoy your trip.

Very nice boutique hotel in convenient location. I especially liked the height of the ceiling and windows sizes - rooms are full of air and light! Very nice rooftop terrace with basic food and coffee, good cafe on first floor with excellent breakfast. Especially, I’d like to mention extreme hospitality of the hotel staff - they helped with a lot of problems and were always in touch. Thank you!

The location is super comfortable. The staff is polite and helpful. Plus I loved the room.

The spa treatment staff could be more caring. Asked several times during the treatment do not massage my back too hard, but still she didn't listen, so now I have more backpain than before the treatment. The facilities in the room were problematic: the microwave didn't work, the water from the shower was all over the floor even though I closed the shower cabin doors.

Location is nice, the building itsef is beautiful and very atmospheric. It was quite quiet as the cafe downstairs was not properly working. Larisaon reception was very kind and helpful all the time ❤️ Snow white bedding is one of the best parts of the hotel 😍

There was enough dust on lampshades and ventilator. Cafe downstairs was not serving breakfast as it was last year. The guy on the reception was not very client friendly.

Booked last minute and discovered excellent value for money. Very friendly, laidback, check-in staff! Centrally located a very short walk from the beach. Rooms are well thought out, comfortable and stylish. My room had a nice balcony with a good view. Very interesting art about the place! Tip: check out the weekly nearby art market on Tues and Fri at Nachalat Binyamin. Late check out for nominal fee!
