I loved the attention of the receptionist Laura. She welcomed me during their break time and was interested in providing me with service for my comfort as a customer. She was clear in explaining to me all the services in the hotel. I really loved my experience with the hotel and with this employee in particular.

I did not like the way the receptionist who works in the evening was treating me. She was very racist with me and did not respect my request to remove the alcohol bottle from my room. She shouted at me that I could not touch it! Then she told me that she would send an employee to remove the bottle, but she did not send anyone. I was the one who asked the housekeeping employee to remove the bottle. Every time I asked her for something, she would evade me and not serve me unless it required me to pay money. She was nice in front of me!!!

Wonderful staff very helpful and nice welcome. Water bottles and Wine in the room. Beautiful view big wardrobe with hangers for skirts (not in each hotel) bathrobes. Delicious breakfast and cakes and hot drinks available all day long..

The door isn’t sound proof so the noise of the next room where they were renovating.

The location is fantastic, right on the beach. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the marina. The Okeanos Suites have all facilities one needs. The breakfast was very good. The decor and communal areas are decorated beautifully. The rooms are lovely with good bathrooms. All the staff are very helpful and available for any needs. My only complaint is the WiFi which was very weak in our room.

The room had an outstanding view of the beach. The breakfast was excellent with a large variety of dishes to choose from.

The bathrooms available to our guest closed at 7:00 pm which was a problem as they had to use the bathroom in our room. Also the pool closed at 7:00 pm... should have remained open until at least 10 pm.

The rooms and balconies were small with just a hard chair and small table on balcony. Didn't like having to leave.

We had a fantastic stay! The breakfast was absolutely incredible, with a great variety and fresh options. The view and location were unbeatable — it made the whole experience feel extra special. We also really enjoyed the pool and the beach. Highly recommend

Cleanliness size and position of room excellent. Beautiful hotel.However complained that in bathroom sink blockage was not fixed. Also bathroom door did not close. Excellent breakfast choice and service.

Basic tea and biscuits offered FREE was meagre considering standard of hotel. Lack of food outlet for guests wishing to have meal on the premises …lunchtime and/or evening snack.

It was a pleasant stay, first night was a bit disturbing since the bathroom door was locked and the heating system was off or out of service, but the staff had to make sure to deal with the issue and the second night they made an upgrade for a bigger room with sea view without any additional charge.

The breakfast was abit poor

The staff were lovely (especially Bar) and the breakfast had a lot of tasty options. The location can't be beat- right on the beach! Walkable to a few restaurants and shopping areas.

Parking is $20 US extra and the rooms were a bit dated.

I really love the location in the view from the room great staff room was not always very clean but overall great experience
