I have stayed at this hotel a few times. This hotel in Tel Aviv has a great location and a beautiful rooftop terrace with a view of the city. It's a great place to unwind and enjoy your surroundings. Each room in the building has a tasteful and distinct decor, providing a one-of-a-kind experience depending on its location in the building. To me, a top-notch hotel is determined by the management team and how committed they are to making your stay pleasant. This dedication is shown by their quick and efficient resolution of any problems that might come up during your stay. That's precisely the situation! I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Raoul, Linoy, etc. I would like to commend the front desk for their outstanding service in effectively resolving the minor issues I encountered.

I'm quite disappointed that the hotel only provides breakfast at 8:00 AM in the morning. However, it is good to know that I can order a packed lunch in advance. My check-in experience was slightly delayed as my room wasn't ready. However, the front desk staff went above and beyond to promptly resolve the issue.

Beautiful hotel building in Sheinkin St in the heart of Tel Aviv. Walking distance to the wonderful beaches, the Rotchild blvd, Carmel Market, Sarona Market, Dizengoff St and more. The breakfast at EATS by the hotel and the cafe across the street was great. (You get vouchers). Sheinkin St is a street with all kinds of shops and cafes and nice to walk. We also used the cozy rooftop at the hotel to relax. Our room was extra nice with a balcony. The staff was very welcoming and helpful and gave us good recommendations. Everything clean and taken well care of.

Best located in the Center of TV, 1 Minute to Carmel Market, 10 Minutes to the Beach. The stuff was extremely friendly. The rooftop terrace ist really nice. I had a bottle of Wine in the room and a bottle of Water. Also you get free Wine, Water, Tea and Coffee in the Lobby. Breakfast ist either in the Hotel or at the small Restaurant across the street - you can choose: Both Breakfasts are excellent! Everything is clean - the Bathroom ist very big!

The hotel is located in a central area, close to the Carmel market and Nahalat Binyamin market. You can find touristy places and ones that local visit. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. We stayed in a room with a balcony facing the street, and it was very nice to see the urban view of Tel Aviv. The hotel has a deal with a 5 minute walk parking, that was very comfortable.

Breakfast is served in 2 restaurants outside of the hotel (2 options that you can choose between, one trendy and the other across the street more traditional). Next time I'll skip breakfast and find a place nearby...

The hotel was amazing! Small, boutique, felt like home. It is located in an amazing neighbourhood where you can find everything you wish. I was lucky to stay in two different rooms, and both were exceptional. The breakfast downstairs was also very nice. The breakfast takes place on the ground floor, in a coffee place that is called Eats. In this coffee place, they played the most beautiful music. Many thanks to Marco at the reception, who was always very friendly and helpful with everything. Check-in and check out were very easy. Also, they offer bottles of water and wine for free throughout your stay. Simply amazing! Stay here!

I liked everything, rooftop was perfect and we were there usually alone. At the reception, you can fill up glass with wine, it was perfect. There was also coffee machine and you can make a coffee for free. Room were always clean and the staff was very kind. Also the location was great. I can high reccomend this hotel. Thank you for everything.

The welcome from the staff was great, as was the wine and water in the room. Wine on tap in the lobby with water and coffee and breadsticks was excellent, 4 types of wine, 2 red and 2 white...on hand 24/7. Free massage with Booking.com was great as well, although having to go to the sister hotel was a bit of a pain. Very clean, great housekeeping. Perfect location for haCarmel market and excellent nightlife, including haBasta, 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Eats Baker was excellent for breakfast BUT as a working traveller 9ambstart was generally not good for me. As a tourist it's OK.

Missing breakfast when I was at work for 8am! Some common areas are a little tired and need a refresh.

This place is absolutely amazing! Since the first moment you we walked in, my wife and I were amazingly impressed with how charming, warming and welcoming this place is!! Anyway who seeks an unforgettable genuine Tel Aviv experience must stay in this hotel! Try it and thank me later:)

So far the best hotel experience in my life! From the first minutes Marco welcomed us warmly and made great impression on us offering tea/coffee/wine. He also gave us ideas about where to eat and go sightseeing in Tel Aviv. Even tho the room was not fully wheelchair accessible they made it accessible for me, and asked me how they can improve it, I adviced on buying a portable shower chair :) Room, barhroom super clean, staff very friendly, breakfast was big! Hotel located nearby beach and Carmel Market with is a big +. Interior design of whole hotel was beautiful, made us feel like in fairytale! Wide selection of wine downstairs. I’m very much content with our stay! Hope to visit Sam and Blondi hotel again!

I like the general home feel of the hotel-like an Airbnb with a smile to welcome you, the staff-very kind, location was perfect for me.

I really liked everything. The only thing was the inconsistency of cleaning the rooms. Some days early many days late day rooms were cleaned. And then often not compete - either missing water or sheets not changed even with stains-and the outdoor space (which I used often) was only 50% cleaned. Only the last day (a gentlemen cleaner) was the room so nicely cleaned including the outdoor space.
