Very comfortable boutique hotel. Such nice staff, room was very comfortable had everything we needed, great shower. Very clean and very good housekeeping service with complementary water and sodas in the room. The location is ideal, so many great restaurants and cafes on the street, cool Bar in the hotel, convenience/grocery store across the street so convenient for packing up lunches for the day. Paid indoor parking lot right next door. Really liked Fabric, will definitely go back.

Good breakfast, however they should change menu from time to time. They had the same menu for the 5 days we were there. Also, in the evening, happy hour menu can be improved a lot.

Credit Card didnt work. Had to ask for water every day - room service did not replenish automatically

Thoughtfully designed room making the most out of the tiny space. I loved that they had a Nespresso and a clean yoga mat in the room. Reception staff were friendly. You get a free drink at happy hour in the bar adjacent to the hotel lobby and staff there were wonderful as well.

Room has a queen-sized bed but I think it would be a bit complicated to have two people in the room and have their luggage open as it is a tiny room. My room was above the bar so it was pretty noisy late into the night. Doors are pretty thin and near to each other, so I could hear other guests coming and going pretty loudly. Wish they had a table to place food and eat from; doesn’t have to be a big table. Could’ve built a standing table into the wardrobe like how the Nespresso machine was built into the wardrobe. No serious complaints in general.

The location is excellent. Especially if you come for restaurant scouting- at night the street turns into a veritable restaurant row. Staff is very helpful and charming, breakfast is great too.

We got a great last minute deal for the room with balcony- The normal price of 500 would have been too much in my opinion.

Very good location, very clean room and excellent cocktails and food in the bar within the hotel. The room was on the small side, but had everything we were needed, including a coffee machine. All the staff were very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was very good. We also liked the little touches like the Yoga mat in the room, the daily Yoga class on the rooftop, the chocolate and the free minibar. We also received vouchers for free cocktail in the bar. All in all we had a great stay.

I love a boutique hotel and this has been one of the best. Really lovely rooms with some thoughtful details like yoga mats, complimentary drinks in the fridge, nice bath products, use of beach towels and bikes. Complimentary drink at the bar was a really nice touch. Great location and exceptionally helpful staff. The breakfast looks great. Have yet to have but will tomorrow. The rooms are small but usually they are in boutique hotels.

Everything was just PERFECT! They welcomed so nice us at the property , they are so sweet & nice , everything we asked they didnt mind or said no! Thank you for having us, i must say the breakfast was so good, the room was so clean & even the location OMG JUST PERFECT ! I’ll absolutely come back

Everything was perfect

Very clean, cosy, laid back and quiet. The man who greeted us at the dining room was exceptionally welcoming and nice.

Very difficult to find a parking spot, because the parking lot next to the hotel is too expensive (100 shekels per day) We got our room at exactly 15:00, not a minute before, though we were early and it was a very hot day.

Great location and really welcoming ambiance. Nice attention to details both in the design and in the service. In the evening the vibe shifts and it’s very lively thanks to the bar. The restaurant and bar menu is great, very refined and tasty.

Our room window was small - it wasn’t really a problem for us as we didn’t spent much day time in the room. Other rooms have larger windows hence it’s a question you can ask if it’s something that matters for you.

The location of the Fabric is perfect, as it sits on a one of Tel Aviv's greatest streets. It allows easy walking to many attractions and itself an attraction. The hotel is wonderful, finely decorated and the rooms were comfy and neat. The shower was amazing and the bed was comfortable. Another worthy mention is the noise isolation, as the room was quiet, despite being in front of bars and cafes which get quite noisy during the night.

We liked everything, really. The only thing we didn't like is that we couldn't stay there for much longer.
