I'm a Telavivian and our first time ate the hotel. The location is super! In the heart of Tel Aviv, 3 min from Shuk Binyamin entrance and 5 min. walk to Shuk HaKarmel. I took the deluxe room, spectacular decor and size! Breakfast is not included, costs 120Nis /person and is located at the attached Hotel Cafe which also functions as a regular public cafe for other customers. In our case, we had an issue with the room tub and therefore they gave us as a treat free couple breakfasts for free! The Cafe has a European decor and vibe and food was delicious! Staff was super nice and welcoming. We went for our wedding anniversary, told them in advance and they added flower petals, balloons and wine decorations to the bad, super cute. We will come back!

1. We arrived earlier and it was raining outside. Luckily we could check-in earlier at no extra cost! 2. We booked this hotel to celebrate birthday & wedding anniversary and they arranged such a nice surprise for us in the room! ☺️ 3. The room was super nice: with huge windows and cosy chair. 4. Our breakfast we received in a bag (cause the next morning was Shabbat): sandwiches with cucumber & egg (tasted so tender!) and several different pastries (each of them was INCREDIBLY delicious). We had a coffee machine in the room: it makes coffee from beans and it tasted so good too! 5. On the day of checkout we could leave our bags at the reception while we went for a walk in the area. 6. We received instructions for check-in via e-mail, so we could enter the hotel and the room in case there is nobody at the reception. But when we arrived there was a man who helped us with everything. 7. I called the reception desk twice during our stay and every time they answered immediately and helped with everything.

For us everything was perfect, but maybe for some people it may be useful to know: 1. There is no elevator in the hotel. There are only 3 floors there. 2. The airco is a ventilator on the ceiling. We didn’t use it since it was cold. Instead we used a provided portable electrical mini-heater which heated the room very quickly. 3. The luggage storage is a narrow place near the reception desk. It’s not secured, but there is a cam there and also the entrance to the hotel is via a security code.

Location. The best in town. Friendly and helpful attitude of the staff. Comfortable bed.

The attitide of Booking.com. Promised a taxi from the airport, sent the driver 24 hours ahead of time and on arrival no one was waiting for us. Having written to them I recieved no reply.

I loved the hotel! - the comfortable bed, pillows and blankets - the size of the shower - clean - usefull and cheap minibar - the decoration, the room feels bigger than it actually is - the windows could be widely opened - there is room for your stuff in the toilet and good towel hangers - the good brand of tea and ability to make tea - the sweet cafe where you get breakfast

There was no view from the window, the water pressure is low in the shower

Good and nice host that usualy in the cafe downstairs. We had a great time in the luxury room with a great big bathtub. Tha cafè is also very nice and there's also a backyard which is a nice place to chill. Very good location in the center of everything.

Only problem was that the breakfast did not have a vegan option, but the nice host immediately offered another option. Hope it will get better in the future

Clean spacious room compared to other hotels in the city, the location is great - lively area with many restaurants and cafes and walkable distance to the centre. The staff is pleasant and helpful.

It has a modest cheque. Have seen better air-conditioning especially in August.

the location was great! in the center of all the main streets. near to the clubs and to the bars. i did loved the the breakfast, not to much but not to less. great coffe also. sean was nice and very helpful when needed. thank you for nice staing!

The hotel is conveniently located near a lot of shops and restaurants even a laundromat which was awesome. The service was great and the premises was secure. I felt safe and very comfortable.

Overall, my I enjoyed my stay but I would have liked warm breakfast options such as soups. I also would have liked fresh fruits but I enjoyed the croissants, sandwiches and pastries.

Loved the place. Small boutique hotel in the best location downtown. Staff and owner are super friendly, and helpful. Clean and comfortable. I travel to Tel Aviv often and have stayed at many places. This is now one of my favorites

I recently stayed at a hotel and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly and efficient, the room was perfect, and the view was breathtaking. The facilities and services were fantastic, and the level of service was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and unforgettable stay.
