Everything good

I loved the location, the gym, the security, and the staff.

The property is a little well-worn. Really needs to paint the walls and redo the floorboard area in the bathroom. The floors are white, so even if they’re clean, they looked a bit dirty because of wear and tear. They weren’t dirty though - maybe put in some light brown floors that don’t show all the scuffs. White is a really bad color. It shows everything. The one thing that was really not good was the restaurant for breakfast. It was absolutely filthy. We weren’t going to have breakfast in the hotel anyhow but the staff offered us a free breakfast one day so we went but we couldn’t eat there. It was disgustingly filthy.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very close to the city center, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely view of the boulevard. The staff stood out for being very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. The breakfast was included and quite nice, though the breakfast room itself was a bit small, and we had to wait outside for a short time. However, the staff managed this well and made us feel welcome.

On the downside, the minibar fridge in our room didn’t work, which was a minor inconvenience. Additionally, parking was paid, but the rates were relatively affordable, so it wasn’t a big issue.

Overall it's a lovely hotel, clean (and I'm very picky with that) and the lounge is a great add to the room. The bed was also super comfy and the view from the 10th floor was great.

The breakfast was fine but not what we know Israeli hotel breakfasts are usually like. If there would be more facilities like a pool or even just balconies with the rooms, it would've been every better, but that's not how this hotel is built. Might be better for business stays than romantic getaways.

Hotel is in a great central location on one of Tel Aviv's most beautiful boulevards. A broad variety of restaurants. Hotel met our needs for cleanliness and comfort. We have stayed here a number of times and over the years the furnishings, floors, etc. have gotten a little worn but are still modern and pleasant. Business lounge is fantastic and well worth the additional cost.

The sofas at the reception are rather dirty (with stains) and need the replacement. The breakfast room should be renovated. Some sofas have the cigarette burn marks, which is not nice and means that renovation was made long long ago. Some furniture is half broken...

We live in Dubai and we’re used to 5* standards. This hotel deserves 5 stars too! Location: perfect. You can walk everywhere around TLV Room: beautiful view, comfortable bed, modern furniture, super clean Facilities: if you book a Club Sea room you have FREE access to their business lounge on 10th floor where you can have coffee, snacks (even wine!) all day long Staff: incredibly polite & professional! On top of that, we landed in the morning and they let us check in earlier. And on the day of the check out our flight was at night and they offered us to use the changing rooms in the gym to take a shower which was great after walking al day with 35° in the sun! The price you pay for this level of comfort is seriously a steal! Thank you to the whole Rothschild team! You’re the best!

The staff - Madji, Hila (Maman and Jerad) and Jasmine, went above and beyond to provide an exceptional experience. The service was incredibly personal, warm, and welcoming. The room was spacious for one person and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, making for a restful stay. Overall, a fantastic experience—I’ll definitely be back!

I love this hotel and have come back several times. I love everything about it: the clean rooms, the view. The staff is always very friendly and ready to help, always aiming to meet expectations. Another reason I prefer to stay here is the private parking in the building. I also value the collaboration with the supplier of the shower sets And of course the location of the hotel,absolutely wonderful

Absolutely nothing

The staff were all fantastic. Every single person I encountered was super helpful and friendly and went out of their way to provide what I requested or help me. The shower in the room was amazing and it was great to be able to have so many different international channels to watch on the TV. Big thumbs up for the breakfast too and the executive lounge.

At night time, music from a nearby bar disrupted my sleep as it could be heard until about 2am. Other colleagues also staying at the hotel didn't experience this issue however so I think it will depend on where your room is facing. I'll be sure to ask for a room further away next time as other than the noise issue the room was so comfortable and a lovely space to take up residence for a few days while visiting Tel Aviv on business.
