Facility nicely designed. Room basic, clean. It has a rack for hanging--more hangers should be provided. I enjoyed the lounges and kitchen. Stovetop was difficult to use. Location great--near the park, ATMs, plenty of places to eat and 20 minute walk to the beach. No staff onsite except for maintenance but communication via email and text was was easy. Use of washing machine a plus. Netflix a plus. Good value for Tel Aviv.

More hangers should be provided. TV stopped working properly. It's a little weird that there's no staff on-site.

The experience was wonderful! The building is beautiful, the interior is designed in a special way, extremely spacious and welcoming. The room was very nice with a huge shower room. Pretty much everything felt spacious, not what you would expect from a city stay. The location is brilliant, right on Park Hamesila and Neve Tzedek, so we always had something to do as soon as we walked out the door. The common coffee and drinks areas were very nice, with free coffee and beers! The price was very reasonable and the experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tel Aviv.

The hotel has a very unique and interesting concept, somewhat resembling a dormitory. The location is absolutely perfect and couldn’t be better. I’d also like to highlight the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of the managers.

The room was compact…. almost “French-style” compact. There was an issues with the cleaning staff, but the managers resolved it promptly. That said, for a hotel with no room service, very small rooms, and minimal staff presence, the price feels a bit excessive.

We enjoyed a pleasant two-night stay at the hotel. The high ceilings created a spacious ambiance in our room, despite its relatively compact size. The minimalist décor was aesthetically pleasing. While the windows lacked soundproofing, our room's location mitigated any significant noise issues.

To enhance the room's functionality, you should add either a chair or a bench, as seating options are currently limited to the bed.

Wonderful location. Lovely bedroom and very comfortable bed and bedding. Very clean and a nice welcoming bottle of water and little bag of nuts and raisins....nice touch. Great location near restaurants and parks. Quiet and with a lovely balcony. The on site parking facility was a blessing.

Bathroom was small and a tight squeeze to enter without opening the shower door! Would benefit from a table or something in the bedroom to put things on. The room was a touch sparse. None of that would stop me coming again but, for the price, I guess I expected a little bit more!!!

The location is excellent, the room was clean and the shower was great as well. The building is exquisite, it has been renovated and still maintains the feeling of an historic building. There are two kitchens / dinning areas where one can prepare a light meal. There is also a refrigerator and a great coffee machine. Coffee and tea are always available.

No breakfast, no people attending you (no reception), parking is challenging in this area in Tel Aviv and to park at the premises has an additional charge. The room was small, no perks. Since the room is an expensive one, I would expect breakfast to be included or at least some fruit in the room.

everything. amazing location between neve zedek, Florentine and rothschild Blvd. very clean gorgeous decor easy to use one code system fabulous common areas included coffee, tea and beer nice glass water bottle in room every day rooms had all of the things one might need..nothing missing regarding convenience comfortable bed, good air conditioning system, tv with Netflix, large bathroom and shower (rare in Israel), good lighting, cleaned well every day without interruption, good natural light in the bathroom.

Great small hotel in a central but quiet location. Easy self check. The hotel is spotlessly clean including room & public areas. We enjoyed it a lot and highly recommend it for couples vacation

Only small thing is that the pillows were a bit stiff and less composable for us. Out of the 4 pillows we suggest to have 2 stiff ones and 2 softer ones so every one can choose what fits them more.

The room is comfortable and clean, great location, the staff was resonant to our questions and requests.

Not quiet night: There was an ongoing humming noise from outside our window during the whole night. I don’t know what it was, maybe an air conditioner or a generator. It was bit of a disappointment because everything else in the hotel is so nice. We were in room 4 btw.

The location is perfect. Central but not noisy. The bathroom facilities are very comfortable. Mattress was comfortable too. Nice to have beers, mineral water, coffee/tea and so. The design is minimalist and beautiful. Easy check in/out.

Could have be nice to have a chair, small bunch or something to sit down when you’re in the room and not only the bed or something to put your stuff on. The room felt empty.
