My daughter (4 years old) and I stayed at Selina for one night. We had requested a quiet room beforehand and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a larger and quieter room than we had initially booked. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as a mini-fridge, an excellent bed, a sofa, and a comfortable shower. Additionally, the room had a balcony that I could use in the evening after my daughter fell asleep. The cleanliness and tidiness of everything were impressive, and the staff was lovely. The location was perfect, making it an excellent hotel for budget travelers.

The hotel's restaurant serves breakfast which is kosher. The breakfast menu includes eggs, tahini, a spicy dish called Matbucha, olives, salad, bread, and a drink. Although it was good, we were surprised as we were accustomed to a dairy breakfast. The breakfast was satisfying and tasty, but it might not be suitable for everyone.

We were upgraded to a room on the ground floor which was actually an accessible room and hence was bigger. The room was clean, the bathroom was big. There is a refrigerator. The bed and the pillows were comfy. The hostel is inside several renovated buildings close to the heart of the picturesque neighborhood of Neve Tzedek. Short walking distance from the sea, and short walk from the cool Florentine neighborhood for bars and nightlife and of course to Jaffa.. The staff was amazing, and welcomed us with free drinks in the evening and also with chocolate in the room (my friend celebrated a birthday). If you come with a car, the hostel has an agreement with a parking lot really close for the price of 30 ILS from 4pm till 9am the next day.

I would recommend adding hangers to hang stuff in the bathroom, we used one of the chairs in the room (wasn't a problem cause the bathroom was big).

The location is fantastic -- you're not far from the beaches, in the vibrant neighbourhood of Neve Tzedek with its plentiful great bars and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and we liked our cosy room below the roof.

We liked the buzzy atmosphere created by being above the restaurant, but the music is loud until 11pm / midnight, depending on the day. It was fine for us, but if you have excursions with an early start, bring some good earplugs.

The staff was soooo helpful we got upgraded our room as we had our 11th year anniversary also was the first time ever in Israel they provided me a hairdryer as I left mine home the breakfast option quite wide from the menu most of the dish are typical local food which is excellent to get a taste of Israel amazing even there the staff was very kind Massive thank you to Anthony and Ortal for the kind and warm hosting definitely we will be back and we will recommend this amazing place

Selina is in a great location: you have cool parts of the city and the beach all within a short walk. The room was clean, so were the sheets and the towels.

The breakfast was a bit of an overpromise. Please note, if on the menu it says “two eggs of your choice”, the actual choice is either cold and oily scrambled eggs or fried eggs. The tables are dirty and the staff doesn’t care to clean them. I left hungry.

Location is superb - close to all top attractions of Tel-Aviv and to the beach. The staff was amazing, they made us feel welcome and well taken care of. We got offered a free room upgrade which was fantastic! As well the staff made sure we didn’t pay VAT as we are tourists, so we saved some money :) Absolutely loved our stay, Will definitely be staying at Selina again when I’m back to this city

I absolutely loved everything

Lovely dormitory room, very clean sheets and comfortable bed. Curtains on the bunk beds provide privacy, individual light on the bunk bed together with the locker inside the bunk. Bring your own padlock though ☺️. The bathrooms were cleaned every morning properly and really good strong showers in the bathrooms. Drinking filtered water provided to fill up your bottle. Really nice hostel and helpful staff, I can only recommend.

Located in a hip area of Tel Aviv, the dorm is this hotel was a bit more expensive than others but worth it. Spacious dorm rooms with curtains for privacy. Very clean and very comfortable beds. Bathrooms were separate to dorm and clean. Staff were helpful and fluent in English. More a hotel with a dorm than hostel, so suits independent travellers more than those wanting to meet people.

Very nice atmosphere. Amazing staff. Great location. Just a few minutes walking to go to the beach side. The centre and the shops as well. Also fresh towels each day which it adds more value.

They could work some things out. Like it would be nice to add more round tables and chairs to the living room so more people can stay and enjoy their food. Also some more kitchen facilities would be amazing as well. And some more deep cleaning in the rooms and sharing areas.

The room was very cute and comfortable, nothing fancy but exactly right! Very clean and organized. The room had a shower and bathroom behind a glass wall which made it easy to see everything someone did behind it, we found it cute and romantic, but might be awkward for some people especially if they're not romanticly involved! We we're welcomed by the nice staff, even though it was 1am in the morning and was offered a glass of wine (not sure if it's a regular thing or just a good gesture by the staff), and during check out Noga was very friendly even though we we're an hour late for check out and she made sure we had everything we needed!

The bathroom in the reception is mixed, which I found a bit weird, but we did have a private one in our room so it's not a big deal. But might be for those staying in the shared room.
