The rooms are modern, spotless clean, spacious and full of light. Its in a great area with easy walking distance to jaffa and beaches. Don't get put off by the crummy buildings, Florentine is an amazing quirky fun suburb. We loved it.

There is no lift! We were on the 3rd floor and it's difficult to get luggage up 3 flights of stairs. They only state after booking that daily cleaning is an extra charge. It can be noisy so ask for a room away from the bar opposite. It didn't bother us.. I used ear plugs. Its a self check in. There is not often someone around if there are issues.

Room was clean and spacious, balcony with table and chairs, fridge, nice tv, big bed, nice and modern interior design, cushions and towels were good quality, spacious and clean rooftop, biggest bonus was value for money, yes some stuff was off but definitely worth the money and the good overshadowed the bad

The room had a smell of unfiltered airconditioner, once inside i got used to the smell but its not ok, the shower stream was weak and during the day not enough hot water, the water in the sink was partly stuck, the bathroom door needed strong pulling to open up

the location is perfect, the place is clean and smells wonderful. nice rooftop and common spaces. complimentary wine was a nice touch.

the design of the bathroom door is awful. it requires moving doors and squeezing your body to get to the toilet.

The place is in a very good location clean and has good facilities. Lot of restaurantsaround and quite close to Jaffa area n Carmel market. .

The housekeeping staff needs improvement. They were unavailable during my stay and we had no option. The hotel has no elevator and again the staff available on our check-in day was very uncooperative to take up the luggage. The hotel messaged us about these problems after we did a non refundable booking as they wanted transparency. These things should be transparent before booking. Still I would rate it very good.

The room is exactly what we thought we ordered that easy to find and really comfortable to check in and out that. The roof is really pretty. The public transport is really easy to access. easy to use public transport

The corridors have really bad smell of sewage. the showers the only thing that bother us every time we shower, the water came out of the shower to the rest of the bathroom and we needed to use our towels to mop the floor

Location, cleanliness, size of room, comfortable bed.

A very noisy block .Smoke alarm sounds extremely loudly throughout every apartment when 1 apartment smokes in the middle of the night. This happenwd all 3 nights of our stay. The obvious answer is for management to put up clear signage in each apartment, explaining the repercussions of smoking in the rooms. Nearby parking lots very costly.

I came in late. No staff - just enter with the codes they send you. Room was very clean and well maintained. The bed was surprisingly comfy.

Mediocre light proofing. Street noises come in loud and clear as well. I don't usually care about which soap I use, but the shower soap felt not so nice.

The cleanliness and even though small the room had all we needed. We enjoyed the TV and the fact it had Netlix.

There should have been an axtra blanket in the room as it was cold in the night and we had to keep the aircondtioner on. I would have liked milk even powdered and maybe a biscuit?

I really liked the welcoming, the staff was very friendly and allowed me to check-in a bit earlier, according to my needs; the room was very clean and it has everything I needed for my short stay (1 night), even some cutlery and plates for a fast lunch; I liked the balcony and the view on the strees of Florentin.

It is custom in Israel to spray a perfume on the bed sheets and on the pillows after cleaning the room. The scent can be very strong and, if you don't like smelling intense aromas while sleeping, I would suggest you to communicate that to the host in advance.

Room was clean and spacious! Good shower and toiletries. Plenty of coffee and tea as well as a small refrigerator. Kettle for tea also a pod coffee maker. One half block from famous Levinsky Market.which for me was heaven! Lots of great suggestions from reception as well as a welcoming letter with list of neighborhood things to do and placed to see. Room was very quiet too.

I didn't spend enough time there!
