I liked the room, it was clean and well decorated. The staff accommodated my request for an additional night and early check-in and resolved the matter quickly with booking.com. They also gave me a room with a balcony when I hadn't initially booked one. The quick response from them was faultless, they are extremely polite and very switched-on. The entrance of the building looks dated, but the inside is really modern with all required facilities, wifi and TV. You get an electronic pin for the duration of your stay, so there is no need to worry about keys and fobs. The number is unique to you and your stay, which is good for security. There are cameras in the common areas, which are also reassuring, as this is a self-service accommodation. The place is located in an area with a lot of restaurants, so you will be spoiled for choice of both local and foreign cuisines. The area gets really quiet when the bars/clubs close, but it appears rather safe to me, although I wouldn't venture for a 4 a.m. run on my own.

There are no members of staff on premises, it's a self-service venue, apart from the cleaning staff that arrive for cleaning and then leave the premises. There is an emergency number from 9 a.m.- 11 p.m. Although not an issue for me on this trip, I was worried in case I locked myself out of the premises during the period the management was unavailable. There is no lift and you have to climb stairs to get to your room. I had two bags totalling 40kg. I am able to carry my bags, but not everybody would be able to do so, so be mindful if you have difficulties climbing stairs or carrying bags up a staircase.

I loved this place. The Oliver has only 5 rooms and a very nice communal area. It has a cool vibe and does not feel like a hotel. The room itself, and also the bathroom, were stylish and designed with a fine eye for detail. The whole place was very clean, and things like sheets and towels had a lovey smell to them. There is nice toiletries, free coffee and beer. Sometimes it is the details that make a huge difference. I have stayed in many places in Tel Aviv, and the Oliver was definitely one of the nicest!

For people who are very noise sensitive, it might not be the right place. The location is great, but it can get a bit noisy at night if you want to keep the window open.

The hotel is in prime location, close to many good bars/restaurants and is very easy to get to. The room was pretty wide and the bed was comfortable, not small. There is a shared kitchen among the hotel rooms that you can make your coffee/tea in it , with refrigerator. The hotel staff are very kind and nice and will assist you with whatever needed , also the communication with them was great.

Extremely clean, toiletries and small welcome package much appreciated. it was also very convenient to have the fridge, kettle and nespresso machine available. We come to Tel Aviv regularly and will definitely come again. Location is also very good, several bars and restaurants around.

Nothing to report - we were a little worried about previous comments about the noise of the bar downstairs and took earplugs just in case but we did not have to use them. The windows are perfectly soundproof and we were not bothered at all even though we stayed on a lively Friday night.

Location (18 min walk to beach, Levinsky Market very close walking distance, restaurants, shops, etc. right close around), super clean, contact-less check-in but very responsive and caring hosts, AC works very well, comfortable common room with fridge, coffee/tea/drinkingwater (sink)/ free beers, comfortable sofa, fast wifi (lounge and room), powerful hot (unlimited) shower, free toiletries, nice design of entire hotel and - believe me I researched - very good value for money! I read people say it's noisy bec of a bar on the first flooe but we got a room (nr 1) which faced the side so there was absolutely no noise. We extended a night and may be back again at the end of our trip. This is really the place you want to stay in Tel-Aviv.

Excellent location of the hotel for people that want to enjoy the urban lifestyle! The interior is very lovely and modern.

There is no staff in the building and no room service even if you stay for several nights. The experience would be much better if the rooms were cleaned and towels replaced after every 2-3 nights. Additionally, other guests were not respectful when they returned from party, which would probably be different if there was someone always in the building For us, it was not a huge problem, but for others, the bars nearby could be an little bit too noisy.

Super convenient self check in, clean comfortable room, great vibrant location (yet quiet inside the room with sound proof windows). It was also a nice surprise to find free nuts and water inside the room, and to enjoy the free coffee in the morning. Great value for money.

This hotel is a real gem hidden in a trendy urban area of Tel-Aviv that, year after year, is becoming more modern and young, with nice options of bars and night life (shoutout to the lovely Teder just across the corner). It’s also a pretty central spot to head down to Neve Tzedek and Yafo, or to go up to the beaches and Rothschild Boulevard (a fun ride to take on a shared scooter). There’s also a pleasant square/bike lane almost finished in the back of the building. Regarding facilities, somehow they manage to be even better than in the pictures. Rooms are quite bigger than they look (we took the one with no balcony), with high ceilings, new shower and AC, well decorated in a minimalist style. Good quality amenities, comfortable bed, and total blackout shades (plus, welcome snacks). I was concerned by a couple of comments on this website complaining on the noise from the bar downstairs, but the windows are sound proofed and we couldn’t hear the streets (and, yes, we were there in the Summer, during a weekend, and the streets were bustling). The common area is charming and has everything you need if you plan to cook during your stay – including complimentary Nespresso and beer. The self check-in/entrance gives you more privacy and made us to feel more comfortable, actually. Communication with the staff via email was great. And a special mention to the cleaning, that was impeccable. Apologizes my excitement, it’s just my opinion :)

Great location, very close to Hamesila Park, Levinski market, Florentine and Rothschild blvd, Very clean with a shared kitchenette. Lava pasta restaurant is just downstairs - amazing place
