Very comfortable bed and bedding. Convenient bedside tables with lamp on both sides. Clean. Nice shower. Air conditioning working just fine. Space to organize your stuff: a wardrobe with a minibar and a safe inside, several drawers and enough space for unpacking everything you need to. Wonderful blackout curtains that allowed me to sleep until late in the morning. There's coffee and water - hot and cold - available 24/7 in the lobby. Lovely staff. And even a bottle of wine as a gift!

I missed a bottle opener and spoons (there was only a corkscrew) and the air conditioning was making an intermittent flapping noise (it wasn't loud. It would only bother the neurotics, like me).

Very nice boutique hotel with self check in . Excellent location,very safe neighbourhood,even single ladies will feel 100% safe at all hours. Rooms and bathrooms modern and clean.Espresso machine,small refrigerator,safe,very good sized TV with plenty of channels to watch.Complimentary bottle of wine is a very nice gesture. The rooms are soundproofed,so one will get a good nights sleep. The beds are comfortable indeed with good linen and lovely pillows. As for the location,only a five minute walk to Nahlat Benyamin street and Rothchild Blvd. where you will find plenty of bars , restaurants and two ice cream parlours. Only a two minute walk to Levinski market,which is well worth a visit. Parking is tricky at all hours,but you can find a space late at night.There is a parking lot five minutes walk away at a reasonable price. All in all,a highly recommended place to stay at a fair price. Visiting Tel Aviv again next week and will stay at the same place.

we liked it. it was pretty good for the price! and i liked the idea of no staff in the building, it was neat and puzzling and i kind of had a thing for that. the room was really nice, the vibe was really nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. the only downside is the features, (even though it was super nice to have a “free” wine and coffee capsules) the wine was good, but you could taste that it sat there for a while. the coffee capsules had holes in them, kinda sketchy, but not bad at all. i loved it for the very most part!

The Hosts were so nice and helped us a lot. We arrive at 6 in the morning. They prepared already the room so we could leave our luggage already in the room. We had the apartment which is with a little kitchen. the beds were very comfortable and the location was great, it was close by to a lot locations and viewing points. The interior was nice and the roof top was also fun. I would recommend to stay in this hotel.

Since we had the apartment on the ground floor, it was loud at nights as you can hear everything from the streets. it didn’t bother us that much, as we were so exhausted and slept through the night nicely. the beds were great! it would be good to have some hangers for the towels and wet swim suits, there was no real place to hung them.

Nice size room, comfortable bed, the hotel inside is in good shape, coffee station in the lobby, black out curtains.

Noise ,noise, noise. All day all night. There are people yelling down below during the day, horns honking all the time, plus they work at night stocking the shelves of the business below and there is road construction in front. Bring your earplugs.

The location was so convenient - there is a 7-11 convenient store and also a 24hr shop nearby. All the restaurants and bars are within walking distance in the Florentin area. The property manager was very kind and helpful. They contacted me in-advance for the self check in details and gave me instructions regarding parking. They even let me use the roof terrace to chill after check out as I had a few hours to kill before my flight. Thank you so much - highly recommended.

Would be even more amazing with a hot tub or jacuzzi on the roof terrace. It was evident there used to be one but not quite sure if it was being renewed or serviced.

Shower - poor water pressure for main shower head and got burned when changing to the hand shower head. Shower tap and switch faulty. Uncovered panel on the wall, not sure what it was for.

Location - very close to Levinsky market on the one hand while very close to the downtown illegal immigrants. Plenty of places to eat, supermarket etc. around. Room - not small, supplies towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner, as well as Nespresso machine in the room and milk in the small lobby. There was a hint of cigarettes smell in the room. During Friday night there was constantly noisy outside, yet, with the bakcony sliding door shut and AC on - it was ok. Parking can be difficult on Friday night. The bearby public parking lot on 10 Levontin st. charges 60 NIS for the whole day.

I can say I got a level of service for the price. It is the place where I like the hotel. It is possible to reach the closest and most quickly at any time of the city. It was excellent to have a balcony in the room. I want to note that cleaning is a satisfactory level.

I can say that I got a reasonable level of service for the price. Although free coffee is provided in the hotel, the lack of breakfast causes severe discomfort. It is indeed possible to find breakfast in the nearby cafes, but having breakfast inside the hotel is one of the main factors that create hotel comfort, which this hotel is missing.

Good 1 night stay at Kalvin Hotel. Small rooms but was good enough for just a short stay. Good location - short walk to restaurants & bars Carmel Market 15min walk Beach is 25 min walk from/to the hotel. Early and later check out without an extra fee was much appriciatted. Friendly staff.

Overall a good stay but there are some small points to look at to make your hotel have the boutique hotel standard. The rooms where clean but some dusty sides here and there. The entrance of the hotel / flags run out & do not look exactly as the pictures but that was not a big issue for us.
