First of all, I am so very pleased with the staff. I would love to thank Timov, Michal, and Ori. They made the stay extra special. They were welcoming, informative, and bent over backward for a couple of Texas visitors! The location of the hotel to shopping and dining was a short walk. We were able to take tours to Jerusalem, Bethlehem, and the Dead Sea, the pick up point was just a block away. The breakfast was over the top, everything you could imagine. Rooftop pool, trendy decor, and jazz music made it feel comfortable. We have already recommended this to several friends with upcoming plans to TelAviv.

the rooftop was nice but was always asked about room number and if I was a guest so made me feel unwelcome, I was only able to use it once as other times was busy with kids and babies, couldn’t get bikes as not available, the bar was not open for guests in t he evening although it was open for “locals” the breakfast was amazing! the little treats they left for us was a really nice touch but as we were there for new year we felt excluded due to not being able to eat at the hotel if we wanted. guests are always the priority in my book

the bathroom in our room was very tiny and water from shower gets all over the place, they didn’t do our room so we had wet towels for two days… we did ask for some towels and they brought them up.

Nice selection for breakfast, great that there were also a la carte dishes available. VERY, VERY friendly staff. I felt taken care of, reception called a few times asking if everything is ok and if there is anything I needed, which I found very thoughtful. Perfect location, walking distance to major attractions. A bottle of bubbly + a sweet treat were a touching addition to our stay, as well as bathrobes and slippers. Much reccomended!

Bathroom could benefit from minor repairs and a bit more thorough cleaning. It is also quite tiny, there aren't any hangers for the towels, which was a tad uncomfortable. In general the room isn't very spacious.

Staff was super nice specially the front desk manager Ira. Location was great and good breakfast. Cool and hip style . Great value for the price.

We were ok with it but hotel elevator stopped functioning a few times and we had to take 6 flights of stairs ( which can use some cleaning) . The shower does not have a door and water can overflow to the rest of the bathroom. Additionally there are exposed beams on the ceilings which I liked, but some people may find unappealing and also gives off dust onto the light fixtures. But still even with all the dislikes , the price to value here is unbeatable .

The hotel is located in a good area (just off of Rothschild Avenue) and the rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast has a good offering, especially taking into account also the few a la carte options offered. The staff is very friendly, nice and caring for customers. They really make you feel welcome. They also ask you if you have any problems.

Minor nuisance was that the shower was not separated from the rest of the bathroom with a screen so water would splash out. Also they did have some malfunction with the waste drainage system of the hotel while we were there, making a bad smell in some areas of the hotel (elevators and the entrance).

Our stay at Brown Bobo has been absolutely brilliant - we ended up extending our stay as it was so great. The staff are all amazing too - super friendlier and efficient. The communication we received from the hotel before and during our stay was 10/10 - so accommodating, helpful and personable. The hotel itself couldn’t have been more perfect for my friend and I. Great atmosphere, beautiful decor, brilliant attention to detail in the rooms and around the hotel, and the rooftop pool was fabulous. Plus the location could not have been any more perfect! Thoroughly recommend staying here, we already want to come back!! Thank you SO much to the hotel team, you’ve all been wonderful and made our 2 week stay so special.

Nothing we didn’t like, but potential improvements include: - Better rooftop bar menu during the day - More equipment in the gym (might not be possible due to space) - Spa would be even better with a sauna!

Bobo by Brown Hotels in Tel Aviv provided an outstanding stay from the moment we arrived. The early check-in, personalised touches like our name on the TV, soft jazz music, and spacious room with stylish design and a large, comfortable bed made us feel truly welcome. The hotel's convenient location near Rotschild Boulevard placed us within easy reach of numerous delicious restaurants. The impeccable tidiness and helpfulness of the staff further enhanced our overall experience. Lastly, the vibrant rooftop with a small pool was perfect for a refreshing dip and enjoying a drink. We highly recommend this hotel, especially for couples seeking a memorable stay.

The constant email reminders about the check-in before arriving to the hotel felt a bit spammy at times. The automated Whatsapp messages were a nice touch but also perhaps a little too much at times.

The hotel is in a good location. The people at the reception are very helpful and friendly, especially Tamal was so kind, attentive and professional. There are coffees, teas, water and wine available all the time for free. Our room was good and bed comfortable, in the rooms they provide lots of complimentary little things. The rooftop pool is pleasant, when not crowded.

The hotel is very popular with families and groups of young people, hence is very busy and very noisy. The rooftop pool area is small, and during the day it gets super crowded, noisy and not really pleasant. The whole reception/ lounge/breakfast area has no windows/no natural light, so it’s pretty dark The gym is very small and very dark too.

A lot of different options, though the "european" options were not that big (bread, corn flakes, meat, cheese) Good location, friendly staff, nice gym, swimming pool

Though I understand about Sabbath, it's a pity on saturdays there's no "real" coffee, no scrambled eggs... It's not dramatic at all, but I prefer some more religious neutrality.

The location is super central, right next to Rothschild with many many cool bars, cafés and restaurants. The view from our room in floor no 8 over the city was spectacular. The hotel and the rooms have a very fancy vintage design. The pool area is just beautiful. The staff is very welcoming, friendly and fast when you have requests. Little welcome surprise is waiting in the room :) Highly recommend spending your time in TLV here.

There could be more hanging facilities for towels and bathrobes.
