The Norman is one of the best hotels we've stayed at. The staff are extraordinary, going above and beyond for everything we needed. In a challenging time, they were calm, supportive and in control on all aspects. They made sure we were safe while still enjoying our holiday, and assisting us when we needed to leave.

Everything was great. I can't think of anything that we didn't like or would recommend against.

It was a home away from home. Calm, tranquil, and supported by lovely staff, all of whom smiled and were so efficient. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Tel Aviv'

Definitely the location is amazing and the pool is quiet and restful. The service is excellent at the restaurant, bar and pool.

The hotel was fantastic. I definitely recommend it. From the first moment I felt brilliant. The staff is very helpful. Delicious breakfasts, brilliant area with a swimming pool on the roof. The decor, the atmosphere - I liked everything.

I don't think I can name any disadvantages. Everything was perfect :-)

Very spacious room, comfortable bed. Bathtub. The hotel is lovely, quiet and feels like a getaway from the city, which is right there. The location is next to Rothschild Avenue, which is close to many dining options and a walk from main shopping areas.

The price seems a bit excessive, and the place seems more designated for foreign tourists. Breakfast is nice, yet not as exceptional as I had expected from such a place. Pool water were freezing and very small, even at 30 degrees Celsius outside, it was impossible to stay more than two minutes in it.

Location is exceptional. Common areas a great. Staff is exceptional.

Price is a little high (I may consider competing hotel that offer similar experience for less. I did not like: too much perfume in my room, Closet is too small. Everything else perfect.

Comfy, they put a lot of effort in the small details, the room was clean, set, service was perfect, room temprature controlled by electronic thermometer.

Expensive, the room is smaller than i though, the AC was a bit loud. Everything else was perfect.
