The hotel itself, the rooms & the staff were perfect. The location is also convenient. There is a rooftop with nice places to sit & relax, and a jacuzzi. The room is very cozy, clean & comfortable. You can spot that the staff is very attentive to details & striving to provide you the perfect hotel experience. Despite some difficulties with the breakfast I strongly recommend this hotel & would love to visit again.

The breakfast is outside the hotel and you can choose between 2 options. We've chosen the one that was close to the hotel, and it was not good - waited for a minor attention of the waiter for 30 minutes with no luck. So we moved to the cafe 3 blocks away. The breakfast experience was fine there, but you must pay for any additions to the chosen dish.

Beautiful hotel situated at a comfortable location that close to all the hustle and bustle of Tel Aviv. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint is about the booking description, which was misleading. We were under the impression that the room included a queen, twin, and sofa bed— as described in the room details on Booking.com. However, we were disappointed to find only a queen and sofa bed in the room. My complaint was not addressed by the manager, which is unfortunate.

Lots of mosquitos at the reception (could be air conditioned to prevent the discomfort).

The location is amazing The room is comfortable and clean

Tv was not working I had to call the reception to fix it (not always answering 🙄) The fridge didn’t work When we checked out I forgot something in the room I called the hotel few hours later and the lady in the reception wasn’t really helpful and said she will call me back I called again the day after someone else answered and said he will check it… I’m still waiting for him … Shame to finish a vacation in a nice(but not cheap )hotel with a bad taste

We received an upgrade to a room that was incredibly spacious, directly overlooking the local market. Additionally, we received wine, chocolate, Cava, and balloons for our anniversary. The room itself felt recently updated or extremely well-kept. Other facilities such as the rooftop terrace, coffee machine and delicious cookies made this stay fantastic.

The beautiful old windows did not keep the noise in particularly well, meaning we could hear the buzzling night scene as if we were right in the middle of it.

Where to start! The hotel is perfectly located in the middle of a lively and hip area of Tel Aviv, many cool places just around the corner. The hotel itself has such a unique flair. It felt like a boutique hotel from a different time, with a relaxed vibe. Our room was super nice and the roof top is amazing. The breakfast was served at the restaurant next door, also a totally cool place. Breakfast had so many good options, also for vegans. Staff was super friendly, like when we celebrated my sister's birthday they brought us a bottle of prosecco and a baloon. I loved this place a lot and would definitely come back.

Amazing location in the city. Comfortable penthouse suite with everything we needed. Great bathroom and beautiful linens and decor. The penthouses are next to the rooftop area with loungers, a hot tub and a massage hut. You can help yourself to cava. A great spot. The hotel is next to Carmel Market and in the evening we did not have to walk far to find an excellent restaurant. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with a wide range of Israeli dishes in a lovely dining setting The server was welcoming and warm. The hotel arranged a taxi for us. Get your WiFi on at the airport and expect to spend a fair amount of time getting through the airport. The traffic around the city is a nightmare and they all drive like maniacs.

Almost everything was great! The staff were responsive, location was amazing, hotel was beautiful, breakfast was exceptional. The room was clean and nicely decorated, it was a really great hotel. Just to reiterate, the breakfast was out of this world!!

Out of control of the hotel I suppose, but it is above a restaurant/bar (which is also where you get breakfast) and it is very noisy, even on the 3rd floor, which made sleeping difficult until closed. There's a lot going on in the area which is good during the day, but if you're an early bird then expect some noise in the evenings.

I really enjoyed my stay in Nordoy Hotel. The hotel is situated in a heart of Tel Aviv surrounded by hippie cafe and wine bar. Very close to Carmel Market and within a stone throw to the beautiful, sandy beach. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. I was given nice advices, which I really appreciated. We chatted every time I crossed a reception desk. In my room, I found a card wishing me a nice stay and a bottle of wine. During my stay I was spoiled with pralines and delicacies. The room was spacious with an extremely comfy, big bed, almost like at home. It was cleaned every day.

There is nothing I didn't like.

Excellent room, nice location but noisy and windows are old so they don't block the sound. Breakfast was outsourced to another nearby bar. This was not made clear when buying it. We did not like the place so we did not eat there. Asked for a refund and they gave it to us

I asked for an invoice; they said they will mail it which they did but without an attachment. I still can not find a valid email to ask for them to resend. All emails I find are not valid

Beautiful property in fabulous location; many bars, restaurants and Carmel market on your doorstep Very comfortable rooms: huge beds with quality bedding, perfect air con, great black out curtains Lovely breakfast; mix of continental and some cooked items (great toastie!!) plus some more salads, humous etc Front desk very helpful storing bags and assisting with questions Roof great for unwinding, enjoy the jacuzzi and being your own beer or wine

Unfortunately on our last night there was building work on the street until 0400… not something the hotel can do anything about but very frustrating
