The staff was super reactive and whatever was asked was actioned immediately. I felt like my voice was heard and given great importance. The room was spacious and comfortable, though the hall on the floor was a tad neglected with specks and stains on the carpet. Conversely, rooms were reasonably well maintained. My bed was the most comfortable I have ever experienced in years of travelling and hotels. The housekeeping team came across as friendly and attentive.

The corridors and lift lobbies on the floors were grabby with stains everywhere. In my room the curtains were stained as well, which marred the overall looks of the space. I was lucky enough to pay a fraction of the full price thanks to a temporary discount and I am not sure I would have paid the full price for such type of old conditions. The WiFi was terrible, I would say this is my biggest downside. Had to increase my data bundle as I couldn't even watch a simple reel fluidly.

You are welcomed with a smile and fantastic service when you check-in. The staff members were always kind and even gave me a voucher for breakfast as it was Shabbat, and many places were closed. I was so surprised that the room looked exactly like in the pictures, and even better, I didn’t believe I was in Tel Aviv. The design was so good to go with the most minor details. The self-care products smelled amazing, and the rub was so comfortable. Plus, a working space with a view of the Tel Aviv skyline made working fun. The gym is small but cute. I went to the balcony even though it was a bit chilly, but still, the baths had warm water, and it felt super cozy. It's very close to the beach and a lot of business, even though you wouldn't wanna leave the hotel. Special thanks to the staff members who made this stay as a solo traveler feel cared for <3

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel, perfectly located in the center of the city and just a short walk from the sea. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with beautiful design details throughout. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating — they even provided us with kits free of charge, which was a lovely surprise. The coffee was excellent (a real highlight for coffee lovers!), and the rooftop was a dream: stunning views, a cozy hut, and a relaxing hot tub that made our stay feel extra special. Overall, this hotel offers great value, a wonderful vibe, and top-notch service. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting the city — whether for a romantic getaway or a relaxing break.

Best experience from my recent stay at this hotel. While traveling regularly to TLV it was the first time I stayed here. Great property, very comfortable and clean, but most importantly an exceptionally friendly and warm service from the staff. I had the pleasure to meet with Mr Nike the hotel’s manager, a great person and very inspirational and respected leader. I highly recommend this property and hope to be back soon.

Personnel Lior Agiman, Karen and somebody with name Doctor did amazing job and helped us very much :) I liked view from the window and roof jacuzzi.

Beautifully designed hotel, perfect location just 5 min walk to the beach. The male receptionists are very helpful and always tries to satisfy guest requests. In my personal opinion a lady who’s manager at this hotel is their huge advantage, she really took care about our comfortable stay and is actively taking care of the relationship with guests. It was a real pleasure to meet her and discuss. In general very pleasant stay, our holidays were truly wonderful 🤍

The outdoor facilities were not clean (bathtubs) and sun beds could be washed sometimes.

Loved the room it’s really nicely done and very comfortable bed and good shower. The entire hotel is gorgeous and the staff are friendly and helpful. The patio is a nice touch as well and the location is perfect very close to the beach and all the restaurants.

Wish there were clean towels ready at the patio and both tubs working

Maybe just that the staff wasnet always there, my girlfriend had a sick and she needed some hot water so i went down to the lobby and no one was there, a bit frustrating but it was alright, overall, amazing place
