The room was perfect and spacious. Gym was really well equipped, big and well airconditioned. Pool area and outside lounge facilities were amazing with a separate pool for children. Breakfast was excellent so much variety and a little different every day. Great coffee!

A smoking area outside for my husband It would have been ideal if breakfast ended at 11am instead of 10:30

The Sheraton Grand is my favorite place to stay in Israel. Anat Shilon went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with my stay. She is the most professional and hospitable host I have ever met during my travels, and Anat's team made sure every detail was perfect with my stay. I have stayed at numerous hotels in both Jerusalem and TLV, but this was by far my favorite hotel in Israel. The views from my room were unreal. I will be visiting again soon.

My stay was perfect.

We were upgraded to an ocean facing room because it was our wedding anniversary. It was lovely looking out over the boulevard and all the people! The breakfast was superb and the pool was nice, as also were the meals we had from the pool bar. Also we loved the location because it was quite central, and within walking distance to anywhere we wanted to go, including Jaffa. The hotel looks like it’s been newly renovated and it has a great ambiance when you walk in. Highly recommend to stay there.

It didn’t have a bathtub, and we thought the room should have been a bit bigger, considering how much we paid.

breakfast was very good with large possibilities. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The room was looking very modern, first line view to the see. Good TV with various channels. Shower was modern and everything else in the room was in order.

The parking is very expensive, would assume that for guests or visitors it should be cheaper. There was maintenance work in the hotel so business lounge was closed. The noise also was not cmofort while doing meeting in the Lobby. Delivery fee of 18 ILS from the hotel restaurant to the room sounds a bit expensive.

Everything! The location is ideal; near the fabulous promenade. Very safe area, even for solo women travelers. The facilities were wonderful! Everything is comfortable, shiny-clean, and spacious. Get the room with the front view of the Med. But the staff is the most amazing. From the moment of arrival, they were gracious and helpful. From the welcome glass of their special reserve wine, quite welcome after a long flight and late night arrival, to assistance throughout our visit. When I needed to change one of my tours, their concierge bent over backward to find a replacement. He even helped me download the local Gett app for calling for transportation all over Israel. The lobby bar was a great place to grab a light snack after a tiring day of sightseeing, especially during holy week when many restaurants were closed. Their hummus and pita make a great late night snack! The bar tenders are charming and attentive. The icing on the cake is when my sister left her cash and credit cards in the room safe. Just as she realized her mistake on our next stop in Egypt, we received an email saying they found some articles left in the safe. She was able to arrange with the security staff to return her articles. Everything was returned!

A larger balcony would have been nice but difficult to upgrade. Small chairs that would fit on the balcony would be nice.

Very good and varied breakfast

There was only one place to hang one towel in the bathroom. There was no brush to clean the toilet bowl when needed. and although we asked for one, we didn't get it. No toothbrush and toothpaste. (it is expected in this hotel level) bg

Hotel was in a great location and fantastic sea view room where we could see the sunset every evening. Breakfast was amazing and pool area very good.

Rooms weren’t that big and could do with more storage. Pool bar staff were very rude.

Staff was very friendly. Place was exceptionally clean with incredible attention to detail. Felt very modern and upkept.

Room service phone number never answered, patched me through to the lobby and never called back.

A full 10/10, the staff were outstanding, particularly Alicia and Alexandra, who couldn’t do enough, the facilities were spotless and excellent, the food is delicious and the hotel is so well run, with every possible attention to detail.
