The location, the staff and the room was wonderful.

The staff at this hotel is exceptional. From Benny, Rachel, and Yechiel at the front desk to all the wait and maintenance staff. We spent 3 nights including over shabbat. Wonderful Shabbat food (under Rabanut supervision), and daily breakfast was fresh and amazing. The chefs take pride in their work and interact with the patrons. Free bikes each day and 1 block from the beach and the Tel Aviv Pier. Nespresso in each room and complimentary water/seltzer/soda in room. Happy hour daily with Wine, Sangria, and freshly made food all complimentary. Tal by the beach is highly recommended.

The hotel was in a great location being a 2 minute walk from the beach and less than 5 minutes to Dizengoff Street with its boutique shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. The room was spotlessly clean and smelt good every day. Effective air conditioning and a super king sized bed ( not two singles stuck together). Staff were all friendly and helpful and a very sociable happy hour at 5pm daily with free snacks and champagne, wine and sangria. We used both the gym and sauna which were free and the roof terrace has fantastic views.

Check-in, “happy-hour” in lobby, great location, no fuss with the staff, free drinks in mini-bar in the room, some extra welcoming ‘gifts’ due to my wife’s birthday.

No doors between bedroom and shower + toilet… only sliding glass partitions . The view from the room is nice enough , partial view of the sea - which could have been better if the window were larger.

I wish there was a pool! The one-way street made it hard for some taxi drivers but that was not a big deal.

Wonderful staff, smiling and helpful. Great small family feeling. Amazing fresh breakfast, very good selections. Loved the free bike rentals. Front desk staff is nice and helpful. Loved the breakfast restaurant staff, so nice and welcoming every morning! Beds are great, comfy and soft. They have daily free happy hour except on Saturdays. Hotel is very very clean, one of the cleanest I have seen. Everything is sparkling.

Room are very small. Location is far from main boardwalk attractions and on the other side of Yaffo. Nearby beach is not a swim beach- it is a long long long walk to a swim beach. Very very long. But nearby Metsitsim beach is great for hanging out on a quieter beach on the sand and it has a playground and exercise equipment. Hotel is right by the Tel Aviv port with many shops and restaurants.

The hotel staff was amazing, very helpful. The hotel was clean. The rooms are small but clean and nice. The meals were outstanding and all of our Shabbat needs were met. Also, we were able to use late checkout to accommodate a later flight.

One Shabbat elevator would be an upgrade. We had to take the stairs with children multiple times a day. This was not a deal breaker for us, although we would’ve appreciated one.

Excellent rooms, Very close to the see, Many great features and surprises: You get beach towels, Happy hour full of drinks and snacks, Free bicycles !! So great!! Also with a child seat! Wonderful. We even had parking at the small hotel parking lot (very few places...).

Our room was exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Bathroom spacious and well appointed. Excellent breakfast: Varied & wide selection; Fruit and salads very fresh and tasty. Staff very friendly and helpfull; Location excellent; short walking distance and easy accesss to nearby "Metzitzim" beach and the old Tel Aviv port area with many restaurants to chose from. Front desk stafff very friendly , efficient and helpful.

Nothing We liked it very much and will definitely like to come again

location to Port Tel Aviv - fantastic, breakfast was 10/10, Room was recently updated and the shower/ bathroom very spacious and modern

actual overall feel of the building, lift, common areas, stair wells are all a bit tired and original. They seem to be getting to these areas though, so maybe next time, all up to scratch.
