The room was fine but the mirrors were confusing. The breakfast was fine. The receptionist was very patient and helpful when she realized our booking was for the next day and helped change it. I liked the complimentary water. It would have been nice if the hotel had somehow acknowledged that it was the start of the Passover holiday. by putting a little something in the room.

The bed was too high for us and as that was the only place to rest, it was not comfortable. The mirrors on the cupboard doors were confusing, however they did make the room feel larger. and helped to overcome the claustrophobic feel of the small window and overlooked view. There was no telephone in our room when we arrived but quickly supplied after we went down to the reception to tell them. I personally did not like the dark bathroom. I was surprised that the parquet flooring in the room was starting to bubble.

I really liked the design and maintenance of the hotel, the cleanliness of the room and more of all the staff, very nice and always ready to help immediately. The hotel is also very well situated.

A parking for the car… But it’s Ramat Gan with all the problems of a big city so it was known from the beginning!

The breakfast was good, I would have preferred more granolla, nuts and fruits, but the bread was superb and the omelet excellent.

We requested a quiet room, but in the middle of the night some truck outside started loading or unloading, which made a lot of noise. Most likely something the hotel could not have foreseen happening.

The hosts were truly the most friendly, and they helped make my first Israel trip the best it could be. Now is the time to visit Israel, and her people want you to come visit. Inside the capital city, it is very safe and welcoming. I will return as soon as I am able.

Friendly staff. The receptionist at the front desk made everything possible to give us the correct room we originally booked. Initially the hotel computer mistakendly put us in a standard room with now view. It too a bit of time but the error was rectefied with a smile.

Rooms are a bit small. No room service and the minibar was locked and unusable to cool our own drinks. Aside from a few local TV channels most radio and English channels were either locked or not working.

Buffet breakfast offered wide selection of cheese, fruit and local specialties. There was no meat at all. Fresh and nicely served. The roof terrace was a nice place to unwind in the evening.

Lack of dish offered in menu to order and lack of tea selection (including basic black and green) were a bit annoying. I lacked a fridge in the room

Breakfast was not always served, I had to wait for someone to take the order and twice he did not show up for 30 or more minutes

Level of management and hospitality is high - really appreciate kindness and problem solving skills. Love that hotel and will stay here every time I visit T-A. The restaurant on the ground floor is really nice.

Location is not for everyone - not many restaurants around, need of taking cab every time you go to city center

Really nice hotel facility and my room was nice and quiet. Staff and restaurants were generally great.

My colleague had a bad room with broken window and noisy nights keeping him awake which was odd. Also it was strange that the rooftop area closed so early.

the matress was insanely comfortable which rendered a very restorative sleep. Clean, chic and practical.

The lack of bathtub and the fact that there was no balcony/ the room felt a little too cave-like.
