✨ A wonderful stay at Play Midtown Hotel in Tel Aviv✨ Our experience was nothing short of amazing. The room was stunning, spacious, and filled with thoughtful touches — even a treadmill right inside the room! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and breakfast was absolutely delicious. But the true highlight was the service — it felt like home. A special mention goes to Maria, the front desk manager, whose warmth, kindness, and genuine care made our stay unforgettable. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, greeting us with a smile and treating us not just as guests, but as family. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Lima! 🌟

I haven't had breakfast, nonetheless, the hotel is amazing! rooms are very well maintained and spacious, the personnel is kind and always ready to support in case of need. I was particularly the 24/7 support over whatsapp!

the hotel is divided into several structures in the same area, so a non-educated customer may find it difficult to find the central location where to register. nonetheless, a small map is provided once check-in to navigate this modern maze:)

The hotel is extremely well positioned, next to many public means of transport and malls. the room was amazing! modern, spacious, and very well-equipped. in the surroundings, there are a couple of cafes and other kinds of commercial activities such as climbing shops

Given the fact that the hotel is not located into one building, arriving i hat a bit of difficulty to identify the main facility. nonetheless personnel on site was extremely kind in supporting/help me to find my way into this modern maze :)

The place is a 10 minute walk from Hashalom station which is only 2 stations away from Ben Gurion Airport. It’s also convenient place to stay if you will take the NCLEX exam, it’s near the BSR building though you will still need to take a taxi. You can ask the reception to book a taxi for you. Overall, the place is so nice and it my stay was comfortable.

It was hard to locate the reception. I was confused on looking around to see where the reception is. Most of the buildings has Play or Midtown. I hope they made a more obvious signage or a clear direction towards the reception.

New hotel with Urban style decor, good sized rooms, comfy beds, the gallery rooms are spacious. Breakfast was good. Courteous staff. Good Cafe & other food options right next door.

Parking super expensive, only free option is a 5 min. walk and only after 5pm. Would be good to have a better discount with the private lot underground. Issue with the shower - drainage did not work, the whole room was flooded. When spoke to front desk they did nothing, just said OK. This was not my first time at this hotel, but first time encountered an issue - would have expected a more appropriate response.

All the staff, from the housekeeping, welcome desk, to breakfast staff, were great, hotel was clean and provided everything you could want, including bottled water (in non fully plastic bottles), coffee, and welcome sweets in the room. Breakfast was excellent. Good location.

parking was for a fee of 50 shekels per day, still cheaper than you could find in public parking, but would be better if guests had a better discount maybe. The fact that everything was controlled by an electric panel in the room (lights and blinds etc) made it slightly awkward at times.

Very nice place with a different concept, good location, very modern and spacious room comfy bed, the whole wall is a huge window which is cool good shower, all the lights, blinds and celling fan are operated threw a panel in the wall, felt kindda fancy

getting to the room felt like a maze there are a few buildings and every floor have like a long corridor with lots of turns but once you find your room its OK. the celling fan can use levels to choose from and not just off or super "flying you off" full power >< and some free parking for hotel guests would've been nice

Excellent breakfast display on weekends (Fri-Sat). Everything was great, the cleanliness, the location, the staff. Special thanks to Lior, for finding a way to extend our stay one more despite being full in booking.com and getting us a taxi during Shabbat, to Inna who was incredibly attentive and kind during breakfast, and to Everlyn for negotiating with the taxi driver our ride to the airport. 100% I would come back. Mostly because of them. It makes a huge difference when you deal with people that care in a foreign country.

Absolutely everything was fantastic! As soon as we arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive. We even had a glass of wine. They kindly allowed us to check in early and have breakfast, which was phenomenal. The rooms are beautiful and clean and the bed was sooo comfortable! The staff were all so lovely and always happy to help and go the extra mile (ordering us taxis off their own phone) and the location was fabulous. Situated by a fabulous mall, train station and lots of food restaurants near by! Highly recommend!

Nothing, it was fab!! Could do with optional brighter lighting in the room, but this wasn’t really a downfall!

Love the room and the huge bathroom. Great convenient location too. Love the vibes of the workforce around the area and nice eateries and supermarket too.

The room was pretty dark and was hard when we are packing our luggage at night. Not really a complain but it was nice to hear people playing the public piano downstairs all the time, just not at 2am. We were staying on the second floor. The person played really well though.
