Very pleasant lady at the reception, hotel design, location - easy access by foot to Tel Aviv Hashalom and Tel Aviv Savidor stations, 24 hour access to the hotel and the reception, nice room and availability of all necssities including water bottles. There is a big coworking area on -1, which I did not use this time, but may return to in the future.

Coffee machine "refused" to produce coffee and gave water instead, although I followed the instructions and used such machines before. It would have been more convenient to have a sink inside, not outside the bathroom. It was very noisy at night due to street traffic, even with closed windows. Noise became a major issue.

The room was nice with free tea and coffee, comfortable shower and bed The Hub downstairs is a very good place for working and fast internet Good choice of getting some food for breakfast And a little gym which is 24/7 open is a nice bonus

You definitely should bring better coffee machines to the Hub. Such a nice hotel must have high quality cofee :)

Nice staff, good location, modern property, quiet, good maintenance, good to have the option to do your own laundry downstairs (money saver) and also be able to refill water at the hotel rather than buy outside.

Had an issue one morning where for some reason the shower didn’t drain properly/overflowed and the water therefore spread through the room, making certain items that were on the floor (bags, suitcase, shoes) damp. On one of the evenings a fire alarm randomly started, am assuming someone was smoking in their room.

The cleanliness and quietness, the overall relaxed vibe and the location. It's perfect for business traveling; You get to quietly relax in your room between rough working days. It's a reasonable walking distance both from three concentrations of major office buildings and two major commerce hubs, a short walking distance from the light rail station and a reasonable walking distance from the regular train station, so you don't really need either car nor taxi to get to major business and commerce locations. We even made this business trip with our baby and it was a breeze. Generally this hotel is great value for money, much more than others in the same area, so it's the second time we book it and we will probably do it again in the future.

The bed looks like a regular two-person bed, not the queen size that was selected on our reservation. It's the second time it happens to us in this hotel. We like the general value-for-money we get but the bed is kinda annoying. If we had to stay for longer than one night I would probably raise that issue or brought a measurement tape... The view is a bummer but due to the hotel's location, which is optimized for business rather than pleasure/tourism, so I wasn't expecting much in the first place. If you're a tourist looking for value-for-money and you care more about comfort and public transport than the view from your room, and you don't mind that it's not as close to the beach as tourists usually prefer - this is a perfect hotel for you.

Very pleasant, very clean, very good vibes. Stayed only for a short night during a weekend but would've definitely liked to stay longer. The 24 hour desk is helpful, and I was even able to leave my luggage in the hotel's makeshift luggage deposit, which was a wonderful surprise. The location is a walking distance (up to 20 min walk) to the train station, light rail station, a central bus hub with a variety of connections (including Jerusalem), and shopping centers, museums, theaters, the opera house, and of course numerous Cafés and restaurants. The hotel itself has vibrant and Schick vibes, but was also quite (probably due to the weekend night). All in all a lovely experience and I would definitely like to stay there again.

The hotel was in a great location within walking distance to train station. The staff were very friendly and explained everything clearly. The room was great. A decent size and well planned out . Clean and bright , had everything that we needed . Comfy bed , large towels , great shower.

Nothing really. The remote control for the TV was a bit temperamental but nothing major.

Everything. Reception. Room. Location next to hospital where I had early morning appointment.

ONE THING. Electric wall socket is on same circuit as all room lights. Switch off lights to go to sleep. Wake in morning with dead mobile and dead laptop. Hotel had this reported before!

The location is incredible, the reception staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very very good. The interior looks fantastic. A lot of things for leisure and fun.

The shower was not clean all the time I stayed. Some unpleasant spots on the walls and floor. Two single beds as a double was not very comfortable

Guys in the reception were really great. The last day checked out early' I got a very generous breakfast packed to take-away. The location is very central, but the room is relatively quiet Close to the Ha'Shalom train station

Curtain in the shower, breakfast starts relatively late (7:30.) Pillows were too soft

The absolute highlight of this hotel for me was the staff. I was newly arrived in Israel for my first visit and the girls were so cheerful and welcoming and helped me get a local SIM card and directions to ATM, plus a heap of other questions answered, no bother. The hotel decor is modern and upbeat with loads of funky art. Rooms are small but well designed, clean and comfortable and have all the usual hotel amenities including a coffee maker. There’s a cafe downstairs and business and conference areas.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about this property.
