The lounge sitting area by reception was comfortable. The room was nice, clean, with beautiful art on display and the overall customer service was good. I enjoyed the view of the city from the room. The room was quiet and had good room facilities. The location is convenient; right in the city centre and linked to a building complex that provides a supermarket directly opposite the hotel, a nice shopping mall nearby, is close to the station and was approximately 12 minutes by train to the airport. I would stay there again in future.

The size of the room was too small for two people, it could have been bigger. Also we requested a wake up call to wake us up to go to the airport for our return flight, but no wake up call came. We didn't appreciate being charged a £70-80 deposit at the start of our stay as this was unexpected and I did not see that mentioned in the booking confirmation. We were told that the deposit would be automatically refunded but still it has not been refunded and we checked out of the hotel on the morning of the 23rd Jan and today is the 27th Jan. Finally the breakfast charge is higher than it should be.

Personnel is extremely qualified and helpful. They have all the answers and come to help you with a smile. Kirill is a star! Rooms are 5 stars, no question. Spacious and well-done, clean. The bed is comfortable. Great city view. It's nice to have a bath and the water temperature is very good. We genuinely enjoyed our time here.

Breakfasts are not nearly at a 5 star lvl, with very average food and limited options, if you are not a vegetarian. If you are then there are many vegetables and salads :) We skipped our second breakfast and went to a cafe, it just wasnt worth the time even though we'd already paid for it. Also, for some reason, the bathroom door has a large gap at the bottom, so whatever is happening in the bathroom can be clearly heard in the room. Heh.

- The rooms were comfortable and very clean - Breakfast service was superb and food was fresh, delicious and abundant - we had access to the business lounge that was always quiet, private and inviting with delicious warm supper served daily. As well as condiments and beverages that were available throughout the day. BUT, the highlight of our stay was definitely the welcoming and friendly staff that stopped at nothing to ensure that our stay is as comfortable and satisfying as possible! Thank you so much - Brandon, Shelley, Medea, Alexander the barista, Eve and the rest of the wait staff, Amara fron reception, and of course, Barak the concierge! Apologies to all those we didn't mention - you were all AMAZING! There was one instance where our aircon didn't work properly, within less than 12hrs we were upgraded to a suite without any problems or hassles. We would like to mention that this hotel was hosting refugees from the conflict zones and we noticed that they were treated with so much respect and understanding by the hotel and its staff - well done!

The spa experience was very bad, you are not regulated, I ordered a massage for my wife and sat and waited 25 minutes and in the end there was no one to massage her, and this was supposed to be my Anniversary gift for her, i got my money back but The Spa was our main thing for this trip and it got ruined.

Friendly staff was able to check in early by 12 p.m., especially because I've the IHG membership, which they introduced to me the first time i stayed with them. I got an upgrade, always nice. Mr. Irakily is very considerate, given how smoothly he managed my stay extension. I must also applaud the work ethics of Ms. Sarah Sulaiman in the dining, especially at breakfast . She's very fast at getting you what you need and asking with a smile and really doing her job with passion. The housekeeping staff are very warm too. I love that they send messages to alert guests of upcoming holidays,helps one plan ahead. Generally, I just found my favourite hotel in Tel Aviv.

Nothing, really. Everything was great

From the moment of check in, I was greeted by Fabian, Nino and Noy, who were cheerful and kind. Noy did my check in and she was phenomenal! All of them wished me a happy birthday, gave me a balloon and box of chocolate! Super cute! Whenever I came to the front desk for a question or advice on what to do during my stay, Irakliy, Shelly, Nicole, Or, Frank, Rachel or Medea were great help! Anything I needed, they provided quickly. Maor, Sapir, Sara, Sofia, Anna and Lior on 11th floor were amazing during breakfast and dinner! Alex the chef is truly amazing too! Ariel, Lee and Zohar from the management team are also super kind, they came to wish me a happy birthday as I came to celebrate here. Liora and Peter from security were great help in explaining the best routes in and out of the hotel with all the demonstrations going on. Bella and Alona from housekeeping are also stars! They were so kind and thoughtful! So, this hotel is the best one in Tel Aviv no doubt! The food was amazing, room was clean and organized. Anything I needed and asked for was provided to me quickly. The business lounge is beautiful and clean! Daniel at the bar is such a talented barista! He makes incredible coffee!

The rooms compare to a regular rooms in bootlick hotels un Tel Aviv are big, though its far from the beach and the city center and where actually life happened in Tel Aviv you need a taxi to go to the beach if or t Nachalt Benyamin were all the action in Tel Aviv really happened, so if you are not a business woman nor man and interesting of what TEL AVIV really can offer you avoid this hotel

Too pricy for a slipping bed far fro, city center, far from the beach and the night life and in the city center you have cheeper room for sleeping, much newer facilities and not less luxurious

Good central location for shopping. Nice new and modern feeling hotel, very clean. Mostly wheelchair accessible.

I'm paralyzed and using a motorized wheelchair, I chose this place because they have a wheelchair accessible room with a Roll-in shower. The room was wheelchair accessible but it could be perfect if there wasn't an extra bathtub in the bathroom, only the shower and extra space

breakfast was not very good. fruits was missing and it was just cheese plates because it was kosher… and room was laud due construction.

The fridge was empty, but other than that I had all the coffee and tea supplies, no milk, however this was later provided upon request by the lovely receptionist. I stayed in the hotel only for 5 hours as I checkin at 11 and left at 8 for morning flight, but it offered a comfort that I was looking for in that 6-7 hours stay.
