I stayed in most of the finer hotels in TLV and the the NYX is by far the best of them all. The staff are extremely friendly. They always commit to any of your requsts as the most important task. The reception present you different rooms until you find the one to your exact liking. There is a hairstylist, barbershop, ans a massage parlor in the lobby. You will never be hungry because the staff will not allow it.

I didnt like that they kept on upgrading me to bigger rooms because ir spoils me and i will not be able to this kind of attention in other hotels in israel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect just a short walk to the beach and close to plenty of great restaurants. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast so delicious and with lots of options to choose from. I’d absolutely stay here again!

*location is very comfortable for main transportation. *The Room was Nice and clean. *the reception staff was very nice and find solution to all our problems.

* The security guards at the hotel entrance were not nice. They didn't warn us about the revolving door at the entrance that she goes into work ahead of time, nor do they say hello or good evening. * We were upgraded to a large and luxurious room after we were disappointed with the first room (towels were not clean, sheets were torn). * Breakfast could be improved.

The hotel was amazing!! The rooms were nicely sized and well furnished. The decor was really cool. The breakfast had a huge selection of amazing food. The room service food was amazing as well! They have the coolest room service robot! a real novelty!

It was not clear to us that their pet policy was for dogs only up to 9 kilo but they let our dog stay with us anyway :) and they were very nice about it

My room was lovely, great bathroom with nice toiletries. A complimentary bottle of wine and popcorn was waiting for me. The staff were super helpful.

My room didn't have a wardrobe which, for one night was OK, but any longer it wouldn't have been practical.

i like this hotel very much is my third time but there was a problem with the cleaning of the rooms if you do not ask for cleanning they don’t do . I reserved a Hotel not an appartment.

they left during my stay of ten days teo days without making up the bed and cleanning the room

Breakfast was good. I stayed 6 days and although the changes are little (only 2-3 mains changed every day), I already find it very good as major hotels do such little changes too. Cheeses, yogurt, bread, nuts and fruits are aplenty.

A swimming pool will be great to have, but that probably increases the costs aplenty.

Very good breakfast and stylish rooms. Location is nice and quiet. Some good restaurants around. Staff is polite and helping. Wifi is good for working.

Gym is too small for a hotel in this class.

Location was perfect. Right down the street from my office. Walkable to nice area and what I needed.

Room was clean and spacious, the staff were nice and addressed my concerns. Room area was quiet.

Would be nice to add food/snacks to the bar menu for later at night (bar is open untill 23, but food through room service is untill 22)
