I stayed here while my husband was in hospital, it is almost attached. Perfect location for that as well as center of Tel Aviv. Everything was perfect and super convenient. They even have a lounge on the 12th floor with comlimentary treats and high quality coffee. The room has an impressive coffee machine and kettle, all the amenities you need, lovely bathrobe, really all you need to relax and it's super quiet and comfortable. The staff is excellent. I only have good things to say.

The hotel was in a great location. Close to Ibn Gabirol street and the Kamari. We stayed there one night and where worried that the hotel is close to the hospitol and there will be many loud patinets famalies. That turned out to not be true. The staff was very nice and servicable. We had an issue with the bathroom door and the staff took care of it immidietly and nicely. The room had a great atmosphere. Everything was clean, the shower was great and the bed were comfy. The breakfast was very nice, even though it was a Saturday. The only thing I did not like was the pillows were too soft, but that's a personnal perferance. All in all I would recommand this hotel

Room was cleaned well each day. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Located right next to ichilov hospital.

Wish they didn’t have the same two hot dishes every day but the variety of the cold dishes was good though pretty much the same each day. The happy hour had been canceled. The espresso machine didn’t always work right.

Easy check in and check out system. Staff are polite. Hotel is clean and there is a good breakfast selection. Well located, near to the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, Rabin Square, many restaurants, bars and coffee shops in the area. One of the few properties with parking. I recommend a stay here, and will return here when I visit again.

This is a lovely hotel in Tel Aviv that is well appointed, comfortable room, great views, and Happy Hour is AMAZING! We were really impressed with the quality of the room and how quiet it was. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which was great. There's a taxi stand outside so getting to and from the location isn't overly difficult. It's also about a 20-25 minute drive to Ben Gurion airport and the hotel has negotiated fixed pricing with local taxi drivers.

It's a confusing location to get to! If you have a car rental, there is underground parking because the hotel is located in a shopping mall. Once in the mall, trying to find the entrance took us a few minutes but we eventually managed to find it.

They are near a small mall that has a grocery and a food court, a hospital, a bus stop, and a taxi stop. Also, they have a remarkable gym, and they offer free foods almost all day (breakfast and a complimentary snacks). And if you have a tour to join early in the morning, they will gladly pack your breakfast for you and deliver it to your room a night prior.

The location is quite far from the port area and they also don’t have a bidet.

The hotel was very well located as we wanted to visit til Tel Aviv art museum. Only a few minutes walk from the hotel and you can experience fantastic exhibitions and great art. Our room was clean, big and cosy with a nice sofa and everything we needed. Breakfast was very good and the staff in breakfast room and the lobby was very helpful. Parking under the hotel was great. Overall a very pleasant experience.

excellent location, super friendly staff and the business lounge was absolutely wonderful as had to combine work with leisure. wonderful gowns and coffee facilities

as it is a city hotel, the reception area is small and toilets on 12th floor. but business lounge makes it up for small space at the bottom

The room was super comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

The hotel was hard to find the first time. It is located in a medical complex and mall, so not your traditional stand alone hotel building. Not a problem except that it was difficult to find after an 18 hour flight!
